If I check my order status on the premier website, I can still see the blue button to cancel my order.

Ugh. That likely means I'm not even close, right? For those of you who have a shipping number, didn't that button disappear a day or two before you got your shipping information? :(

Ordered at about 3:16AM EDT, premier confirmation email at about 4:36AM. SG 64GB.
 
So I am a premier account customer (no idea how I am), so I cannot cancel my order and order through Apple? That sound like absolute bull to me. So I am pretty much a slave to AT&T?
 
Sept 12: Ordered 6+ 64GB Gold at 2:35am CST (Texas), Ordered 6+ 64GB SG at 2:40am CST both Premier. Confirmation on Gold at 5:35am. Fraud notice for SG at 11:09am. Confirmed over and over via every means possible that the charge was not fraudulent. Was told numerous times all was fine. There was only (1) charge for $432.99 (2-yr agreement plan) and (3) $1 charges pending on cc. Gold Est. Ship Date (10/31-11/11) SG Est. Ship Date (Pending Confirmation)

Sept 15: Received confirmation email and text for SG at 3:30pm. There were now (2) $432.99 charges, (1) $399.99 charge, and (3) $1 charge pending on my cc. Called to confirm there weren't 3 phone orders and no one at AT&T can figure out why there are so many charges. Surprise, surprise. Gold Est. Ship Date changed to (10/2-10/13) SG Est. Ship Date changed to (11/9-11/27)
All pending cc charges still there.

Sept 16: Gold AND SG ship dates both 10/2-10/13, cc charges still pending

Sept 17: Told by AT&T retention dept that I would receive both phones on the 19th.

Sept 22: SG order gets an email that the est. ship date is still 10/2-10/13 (guess they like rubbing salt in the wound...no idea why only one order received that teaser email)

All 6 pending charges for 2 iPhones have been on my phone all week. Nothing has dropped off or changed. BOO!

All AT&T stores and retailers in our town either received ONE 6+ or NONE! So, waiting up all hours of the night was pointless to me. We only want 6+, so I'm not settling for the 6.

Yup. But your activation fees get waived. Other than that, I can't think of a reason to go premier.

just try calling anyways. I attempted to cancel, and got the email that I couldn't cancel. So I called one guy and he told me that I indeed couldn't cancel. An hour later, I called someone else and she said my order was cancelled? she then goes on to reset my eligibility manually and is successful. This morning I get an email saying my gold iPhone 6 plus finally shipped out. I check my account just to see how Crappy their system really is and Lord and behold I still have that upgrade egibility.

Same here. My whole county had zero Pluses on Saturday. And come to think of it, according to the Apple Store, there were only gold Pluses in the whole state. I think Utah is getting passed by.

I'm a premier customer, but I can order through Apple because my account is an individual responsibility account meaning it's setup with my ss# and I pay the bills. I wish I had just waited until the apple site came up and ordered with them. I figure I might as well wait at this point, there are no 128gb 6+ in any color in my area and haven't been since launch day.
 
Premier 64gb Gold Plus ordered at 2:59am eastern. Shipping conformation sent today

My 64Gb SG 6+ is still 10/2-10/13 and has NOT shipped. I ordered at 3:21am. Any other Premier customers that ordered 64GB SG 6+ please post when you get tracking and also the approximate time you ordered. Evidently AT&T is not up to 3:20am orders yet for the SG.

I ordered the same phone at the exact same time. When did you get your confirmatin email for the 6+ SG?

At least I am saving $80 for my patience, right? SO help me if they charge me that. I'll be livid after their lackluster preorder situation!

My plan was to cancel and hopefully run to an Apple Store if I found one in stock, but the only way I can buy from them is go with a new two year plan? I was going to give it to Tuesday or Wednesday and if I didn't receive my order, was just going to cancel, but looks like that is going to be such a hassle, unbelievable.

I haven't for my space gray. It was my wife's 64GB gold 6+ that we got tracking for. Her order was placed at 3:10am while mine (space gray) didn't get through until 3:21am, so I am still waiting for tracking info same as you.

Will send you a PM when I eventually get my tracking since we both ordered at the same time under same circumstances for the same phone

Actually, I don't believe that the volume of phones coming off those planes is being handled real-time by AT&T. Unless it's an extremely small portion of the total volume, do you think that AT&T is processing tens of thousands of phones in a day or two?

It's pure speculation but they'd have to have a pretty tight process to handle so many phones at once. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that they are still working their way through phones that came late last week.

One thing's for sure: They all got caught unprepared for the unprecedented number of phones that were pre-ordered.
 
Seems to be that 6+ in space gray 64GB is the HOT one everyone wanted. This does not bode well for those of us waiting for our preorders.
