I just looked at my credit card statement to see if my charges went from pending to charged. Well, the pending amount is gone and no charge at all anywhere on my billing activity. Anyone else have any issues with this? I'm a little discouraged. TIA
That's what happened to everyone. Sometimes you won't get charged until a few days after phone comes.
 
Just tried to chat online with a premier rep taking the route of being very nice just to see if I could find out some actual useful information about my order. After they read verbatim what I can see myself on the online status page I asked what was the mix up that caused the orders to be filled not in first come first serve order. They told me "That didn't happen, orders are always filled in first come first serve" I then said I knew that to be completely false because I have talked to others who ordered my exact 64 SG phone who ordered several hours after me and they are getting their phones today yet I am not receiving anything. He tried to assure me saying "That is definitely not happening, I do not know where you are seeing this but no one who ordered your device after you will have their order filled before you"

...All this did was make me more mad to have someone completely lying to my face. I knew it was a lost cause so I just said thanks and have a nice day.

btw I also tried to ask nicely about how others are receiving a free leather case to make up for the mix up and he told me "no one is offering such an offer because there hasn't been a mix up"
 
So I just noticed my wife got the second email on her 6 (delivered on launch day), I never even received the second email "Your recent ATT order status"... grrrrrrrrrrr, i really hope my order isn't screwed up... waiting on hold with premier now

Please let us know what they say; I'm in the same boat here

Buncha BS. Which is why I'm not even going to bother trying to talk with them.

I wouldn't worry about it. The first "charge" was just a hold to verify you had the funds, it drops off after a few days. Many people have stated their card hasn't been re-charged (for the actual purchase) until AFTER their phones have shipped.
 
I ordered around the same time (actually way more minutes aearlier than you) as you did, the same version and everything, we are also Central, and still no shipping info...here's to hoping!

I ordered exact same thing and earlier than that. Still nothing.
 
People that are receiving tracking today, did it change from preparing to ship to shipped within the past few hours?

It's probably hit or miss. The woman def gave us a midnight blue leather case and a soft pink for our 6+. I have the order confirmation to confirm it. I'm sorry you got an ***** as a csr. This woman seemed very sympathetic and understood my frustration. We have been with AT&T for years and years and have our home set up with them. I don't know if threatening to ditch it all is what helped me...but it worked. Hope it works for you if you try again!

Honestly, I don't think they're lying. I think they are just that unaware and misinformed on how terribly bad this whole preordering ordeal has been.

Although when I spoke to a local rep and mentioned that she seemed fishy in her denial so maybe they do know and just don't care to acknowledge if since nothing can be done.
 
Yes, same thing happened to me. But i still have a delivery date of 10-13 10-22

i got a non-US rep who would only read from her script...

so. very. frustrating.

She promises me my order is ok even though i never received email 2
 
I'm trying this today as soon as I get home. I don't like those cases but I love free stuff lol

lol me too. I really had no inital interest in the leather case but I felt like at least I'd get SOMETHING from them to justify this crap and it can protect my case until Lifeproof comes out with their version for the 6+. Then, I can turn around and give it to a friend or sell it. :)
 
Has anyone received shipping info for 128Gb SG yet? I ordered right after 1 am MST and received a confirmation at 2:30 am. My dates started out at late October now they are at 10/02 like most others.
I just received mine, and currently, restoring from IP5 backup. Going by your MST, ~1:55AM ordered, confirmed email 2:01AM, shipped out Saturday and delivery today.

I am starting to think that it is delayed longer the more you complain about it. Between the calls, chats, store managers, FB posts and Twitter activity that I have had in relation to this, I will be lucky to get it before the end of the year! :eek:
 
I was told this morning by 2 managers and one administrator that orders are going to be pushed back again due to the demand of the space gray. Absolutely awful experience, I'm very much debating on cancelling my order and not even bothering with this phone. As much as I wanted a bigger screen, it's been one hassle after another with this preorder. And who knows what will happen once it comes to my door, doubting it ever will now.

If AT&T wasn't offering the guaranteed $200 trade-in on a working 4S, I'd have ordered from Apple, and I will next time too. But with a small chip on the bottom edge of my otherwise-undamaged and working phone, that's about $75 that AT&T is going to "pay" me for waiting Friday-until-Tuesday (assuming I could have gotten in through the Apple Store app for Friday delivery)

How do I invoke this guaranteed trade-in? Working 5 64GB here that is decreasing in eBay value by the day thanks to AT&T being slow to process my preorder
 
I just tried to call the premier line and speak to a CSR and I got the message that due to high call volumes they are unable to take my call and to call back later. Then it hangs up. Are you fricken kidding me!
