Just tried to chat online with a premier rep taking the route of being very nice just to see if I could find out some actual useful information about my order. After they read verbatim what I can see myself on the online status page I asked what was the mix up that caused the orders to be filled not in first come first serve order. They told me "That didn't happen, orders are always filled in first come first serve" I then said I knew that to be completely false because I have talked to others who ordered my exact 64 SG phone who ordered several hours after me and they are getting their phones today yet I am not receiving anything. He tried to assure me saying "That is definitely not happening, I do not know where you are seeing this but no one who ordered your device after you will have their order filled before you"
...All this did was make me more mad to have someone completely lying to my face. I knew it was a lost cause so I just said thanks and have a nice day.
btw I also tried to ask nicely about how others are receiving a free leather case to make up for the mix up and he told me "no one is offering such an offer because there hasn't been a mix up"
