2nd Email?

I ordered on 9/12 in the afternoon because of some issues with my account. It wouldn't show the iPhone 6 or Plus as being available. I was able to call AT&T Premier and order through them. Received my confirmation email 30min later.

My question is regarding my second email stating that the dates listed are still my estimated ship dates (received on the 18th). I haven't been able to get a concrete answer as to what that means in relation to when I'll be getting my two iPhone 6+ (128, 64).

My dates are 11/9-11/27 since I ordered and the status says 'Preparing to ship'

I gave up

I went to a store on Friday and picked up the regular 6 at 430pm. No wait, no line.
I did get a call back from the executive team. It was a lot of placating and condescension. I am over it. ATT handled this poorly. Next launch I will stick with Apple. Good luck to everyone. Hope you get your pluses soon!

How do I invoke this guaranteed trade-in? Working 5 64GB here that is decreasing in eBay value by the day thanks to AT&T being slow to process my preorder

Supposedly there will be some kind of code/number in your paperwork that comes with the phone that you can take to a corporate AT&T store (not sure if there will be a ship-it-in option) and they'll give you the trade-in credit. I know that the 4S was $200, and the 5S was a guaranteed $300, I don't remember what the value for the 5 is.
 
Just got conformation from amazon. I'll probably have my phone case and screen protector before I have a phone to put it on. Well at least I can pretend I have the phone. Thanks AT&T.
 
My sense is that the Premier customers are getting orders filled first which, though on some level is logical, SUCKS!!:D And that said, on some level they have to start feathering in the non-Premier orders too otherwise we'll never get our phones!

I'm non-Premier, ordered a 6+, 128, gold, about 45 minutes after pre-orders went live. Got the confirm email only a couple minutes later.

First shipping was 14-21 business days, then 10/13-10/22, bumped to 10/3-10/13, got the "these are still your dates" email, and nothing since.
 
I do not have a cancel button but I also have not had one since Friday. Still status shows Preparing to Ship, so unless they are really behind on the web page, I'm not expecting to have shipped. Also on the cancel order link, it just says I cannot cancel a premier order once it is placed. I know I saw a blue button to cancel last week.

Still the same for me too, but the 64GB model. Sigh. Hasn't budge. I'm going to start trying stores tomorrow or Wednesday if it doesn't update by then.

It's more aggravating that Apple Stores and AT&T are getting in drop shipments daily, so people can literally walk in and pick up there phones while I'm still waiting for them to fill my damn order.

You would think being Premier would get their orders first. orders that were placed during launch time are just being filled now.
 
Unfortunately for me I should probably tough this out for the SG 64GB because

1) $40 upgrade fee waived for Premier
2) Potential >$200 trade-in off on my iPhone 5

99% of what we are being told so far is crap so I wouldn't believe that we'll have to wait even longer.
