premier order status now says PENDING CONFIRMATION

Congrats! Glad to see at least some people are getting shipments still

Right now its a race between when AT&T decides to call my name as Tribute for the "Hunger Games" style lottery they seems to be running and the Apple Store getting stock in
 
Guys I think I'm done. Just called the 877 # which I've avoided till now and it says back ordered. While I don't care that it says that necessarily, I'm just so frustrated with the FOUR different order statuses that the ONE company I ordered through is providing:

ATT.com - "Preparing for Shipment"
Premiere - "Pre-order Processing"
877# - "Backorder"
Customer Service Person says "processing."

3:27am EST on 9/12

When you called the 877# did the order number match yours.
I asking because when I call the number the order number doesn't match my order number. I had order numbers order 2 phones on the same line because I thought it didn't go true att cancelled one of the orders
But yesterday when I was on the phone with an att csr I got a text that read

AT&T free msg: external
Order ID#
(Has the last four digits of my cancelled order first with a dash then ten digit#). Order
Status: Shipped. Premier
Order ID:
(Again my cancelled order number).
Shipping address: (and then it has my shipping address)

It gave no tracking number nothing when i check the attmyorder status page it show my Oder preparing to ship with the dates of 10/2-10/13
Then there's the cancelled order below that one but it blank with nothing there.

Did they ship out the cancelled order it was the first order I put though. If they did why isn't there a tracking number.

Your story is a grade A example of how F'd up this whole system is by AT&T. I know they have a lot of orders but my god they're making this way more complicated.
 
What's horrifying to me is that despite ordering at about 3:15AM EDT 9/12, it wasn't until almost 30 HOURS later, 9:04AM 9/13, that I got this text message (twice at once):

AT&T Free Msg: Congratulations! Your order has been processed. You will be notified when your order has shipped. <Replies are not monitored>
---

Then again, I started in the 10/13-10/22 estimated shipping range and by Monday 9/15 I was and still am in the 10/2-10/13 range, and surely I would have a November date range if my order wasn't processed until 9am on the 13th, right??

JUST GOT TRACKING NUMBER!!!!! what a fiasco

I RECEIVED MY FIRST EMAIL AT 2:43AM AND THEN THE 10/2 TO 10/13 AT 3:06AM THEN RECEIVED THE TEXTS AT 9 AND 10 AM

THEN WAS BUMPED BACK TO 10/13 TO 10/22 AND THEN BACK TO 10/2 TO 10/13 NOW SHIPPED

Happy for u, but hate u at the same time..lol
 
Looks like it was a pretty slow day... I'm just hoping to have it by Friday at this point. There really is no explanation as to how the orders are getting processed at this point...

Same here. They pushed to 31-Oct - 11-Nov at one point. Moved me up twice on the 15th.

...even though I've been seeing a lot of people in the same premier-64gbi6+-245cst boat, like I am, are getting theirs and my order is dormant for a week...

My order time was 3:20am EST got email confirmation at 5:34am. Got the processed text message at 5:03 pm :(:mad::mad:

In Puerto Rico we don't have apple stores so we have to wait it out :(

Someone had theirs process after mine and they got theirs and I haven't so at this point it don't matter when you ordered. They are just picking names out of a hat?
 
At&t **** me big time!

I ordered two Pluses on the 12th. I just found out the 64GB SG got processed that same day. The 128GB didn't get processed until Sept 19TH!!!

I'm livid and so disappointed in AT&T! I even ordered by calling a sales rep. Didn't deal with their online system. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Did u know that here in PR they are coming by USPS? I work at the loiza station in santurce and on friday we got almost 300 boxes cor delivery by express mail

Yeah they changed from last year that FED EX brought them in.

Tried a few stores friday but the six plus here is like the chupacabra everyone talks about it but nobody has seen it.
 
I called ATT

And after 30 minutes of waiting I finally got my call answered in India :( I swear that every time I call customer support, I get the same woman! After another 5 minutes of answering her questions and few more waiting for her to look up my account, she's tells me that my shipping date is Oct 2nd just like the website says. I ask about waiving my upgrade fee and she either didn't understand me or ignored me. So I didn't even bother asking for a free case, :mad:

Soooo, I'm still sitting and spinning here in SE MO waiting for my 6+ 16g gold ......
