A few non premier were able to order before midnight. Mine went through by 11:58pm on the 11th and still no update either

im a regular customer and i ordered at 11:50pst but we all know that doesn't matter. processed text at 9am... Not sure why this became a Premiere thread when this was a regular customer thread. Or is all the other Non premiere got their phones and only prem is left oh and MEEEEEEEEE.....Hate AT&T

when was your order processed text and where are you?

I'm in Ohio and I don't know what time the processed text came in. I deleted it to make room for OS8. Oops. I got two on the 14th but I don't remember the times.

Well, I preordered a 16GB Space Grey 6+, at 11:45 PM PDT on 9/11 with a confirmation at 11:50 PM PDT on 9/11. As of right now, my status says "Preparing for Shipment," but when I call, it says "Backordered."

I am in the same boat. Ordered at 11:42pm PT, 16GB 6+ SG, confirmation email at 11:47pm. Stuck in preparing for shipment as well.
I am a premier customer, so it might be related to 16GB 6+ SG (have not seen many, if any, tracking # for this model).

FYI: Live in Southern California, don't know if geography makes a big difference.

(877) 782-8870

Has Anyone else called this number and got "We're sorry we were unable to locate your order." Does anyone have a work around for that? If the shipping zip code is different than the billing zip code will that affect it?

Once I get to a representative they can see my order but for some reason the automated system cannot locate it. I'm not too concerned just curious if I'm the only one.

I am from central California and have been stuck in the pending shipment/preparing shipment for the longest time.

What area are you in? Same phone, same time frame...live in Chicago. Still waiting.

I was not able to look up my order through that number due to it being a Premier order. I have called the Premier order status automated number at 866-499-8008, but the response i receive is "Your Order has been Received".

Try that 866 number above and see if that works? (I search using my phone # so that it does not require a zip code)

The 877 still says my 6+ gold 16gb is on back order....I guess I really will have to wait until October to get it :/ so frustrated

I should have tried my luck at the Global iPhone 6 Plus pre-order last night.. Considering they will get their phones before us. All 15 million of them that pre-ordered. Apple was really happy explaining how they are going Global they won't want to f^ck it up like they did with our Pre-orders.

I'm not a premier customer though.

Oh than yes you can. I would have if I could have last Saturday when my local apple store had plenty in stock for in store pick up

My apple store actually had a Sprint version of the phone I ordered in stock for in store pick up. Should I pull the trigger? Is sprint really that bad?

----------

If folks used common sense, they wouldn't be bending them. Am I the only one who wouldn't consider putting it in my pocket for long periods of time?

What report? I'm a guy and carry my phone in my pocket all day...

I do too, but when I get my 6+, I won't be doing that anymore.

I am going to probably get a Pelican case for my 6+ in hope of it not bending. If it does then the lifetime warranty of the Pelican case should be able to cover any damage to my iPhone. hopefully :)

It's people who sit with it for a long time in their pocket. It makes sense.. the pressure points on each end of the phone are so far apart, and the phones so thin, that its only physics... the phone will bend over time.
