Anyone have any luck in Denver? Ordering on apple.com for pickup?

I was able to do in-store pickup at Apple (Cherry Creek). After realizing my 6 Plus (64GB SG) wasn't going to be delivered on Friday, I kept a close eye on stock that night at the AppleStore. I lucked out and was able to cancel my AT&T order, order one on Apple's site, and pick it up on Saturday.
 
No wonder I am in the dark with getting any idea when or if my phone will arrive. The confusion at AT&T is astounding.

I had tried to cancel my order on the 13th and it didn't go through (this was when they were showing November ship dates on my SG 128 +). Ever since, the cancel button has been grayed out online. Also, when I check upgrade status it shows that I am under a new 2-year contract running until 2016.

My current status listings are:

AT&T - Preparing to Ship
Premier - Pre Order Processing
877 - Two orders are listed and neither number appears on the website
#1 - Backordered
#2 - Order Received and being Processed
866 - Cancelled

How am I to have any idea what is going on? None of their systems show the same information. Also, some people were noting that they had a second order number on their online order status and guessed that is was for the sim card and was shown with a current date. And then reported that they received shipping information. I have had a second order number dated the 13th - maybe generated when I attempted to cancel.

At this point I just want my order to ship but
 
Just wanted to give everyone an update.

I ordered 11:42pm PT on 9/11, received confirmation email on 11:47PM PT. I ordered the 16GB 6+ SG throught PREMIER and had shipping date of 10/2-10/13

FINALLLY IT SHIPPED.

Using the premier website it changed shipping time to "pending confirmation" but the www.att.com/order_status/ page showed the tracking #. Picked up at Dallas FW tonight at 9:14pm (CT) and will be delivered tomorrow by 3pm.

Extra tidbit, i live in Southern California. YAY FOR 16GB 6+ SG shipments finally going out!

I just checked on the 866 number and it says processing and sent to the warehouse but the 877 and both preorder websites says preparing for shipment. So I'm not sure which one to believe XD

Mine says the same as your's tried calling to find out why and got some bull crap then received a text from at&t while talking to the guy on the phone that the order has shipped but it gave no tracking number and the order number they gave was a cancelled order (i put the order true twice because i thought the first one didn't go true) that was sunday and no phone showed up yet so I'm thinking the guy on the phone made that **** up and had att system text it to me

Same situation for me only I ordered the 64gb.
 
Are u being processed? Check att.com for order status not the premier website.

Yeah the premier website is crap. Well..I called the 877 number earlier and it changed from back ordered to processing. But I havent seen any change on the website :/ a few people have told me that after their status changed on the 877 number they got a shipping notification.
 
I ordered before all you guys and just cause you are premier u get it before me. Total BS. Mine changed from back ordered also but nothing. ATT rep said everything looked good on yr order I don't know why u don't have it.

hey guys congrats on those who got tracking yesterday. You've all graduated and probably won't be back. You'll be missed.

I received the change from back ordered to processing on the 877 782 8870 number at about 8:30 pm best time last night.

as of 5:38am est time today i have not received tracking like some of you and it still says shipping.

how many of you that had the back order change still have not received tracking today or last night???
 
My 64 silver + shipped after the phone system switched to processing last night, but my brother's 128 SG hasn't gotten any update. Best of luck to everyone, I'll have it when I'm off work!
 
I'm an ATT premier customer and I'm still on back-order for the 6 + 64GB SG ordered 9/12 with order confirmation at 4:26 AM est so I don't think premier matters when it comes to shipping priority.
