AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

Looking for guidance here….. So I go into the local retail store and order on the morning of the 12th. I am doing a new next plan on one of my phones. I have 3 phones me and my 2 girls. I get all the order done for a 6 plus 64gb space grey. I leave the store and the Rep said she would email me my receipts and I would get confirmation from ATT. I get home get the emails and it says expect shipment dates…. 10/31/2014 to 11/11/2014!!!!!!! I have been reading all these messages and I am confused. Here are my questions:

Should I try and cancel and try my luck every day at the Apple Store?
I am not sure that I am a true “Premiere” customer but I do get a discount on my products because of where I work but this is a personal account. Does this matter?
Do I stick with this order and hope by the Grace of God it gets moved up?

I think that where you and I went wrong was going to the AT&T Store.... I pre-ordered 2 phones, one for my wife and one for myself, and right of the bat I got a 10/31-11/11 shipping date (which haven't moved at all) I am still hopeful that date is a wort-case-scenario as I have seen many people posting here with October dates that have already received them or are in the process of getting shipped this week. The only part that has me worried is that at the end of the week the rest of the world is getting in on the fun and supplies are going to become even more limited.

If I were you I would not cancel my order, but for sure keep tabs on the local :apple: store to see if they get what you want, you can cancel the order once you are at the store and you are certain you are getting a phone there..... you definitely don't want to go to the very back of the list (even though it doesn't seem to matter where on the list you are)

either way... best of luck to you!
 
Still no shipment notification or tracking number. E-mail was at 10:45 this morning about the service changes or whatever, 877 went to processing from backordered last night around 9PM or so.

Why am I not getting notified like the others? :(

ATT = Pending Shipment (same since I ordered...)
Premier = Pre-order Processing (same since I ordered...)

My UPS = No items

So after all of the above, just received an email from Att_Update re: Information about your AT&T Plan... Am I going to see shipping soon? Or is this just a sick joke...
 
I hate to pee in anyone's cornflakes and I apologize but I'm really excited. I just got a shipment notification for delivery tomorrow. Iphone 6+ 64 gig silver. Ordered at 3:30 pm 9/12. Always had a November 27th ship date.

I'm sorry that so many of you are still waiting and I will continue to hang out here and follow along. I don't understand the rhyme or reason behind this preorder this year at all.

But YAY!

EXACT same configuration as you. Ordered 1 minute after you. Order number on email confirm is 1014 in front. You?
 
does anyone have any info on how many iPhones were actually sold by Att? I know the first 24 hours was over 4 million for apple but how many of that was att?

Go and Check your order status online. I still haven't received a email notification say my order shipped, but when I check my order online it shows shipped and the tracking # shows.

If it's 64GB SG, I imagine ATT and Fedex are having to process a lot of phones today, so folks could be receiving notifications all day. On top of that, they probably could have shipped it, but the site (or Fedex) takes time to update.
 
Just switch to processing on 877#

Premier customer, ordered at approx 12:30 PST on 9/12, have received FedEx tracking number for Gold 6+ 128 GB shipping from TX for delivery tomorrow.

No movement on SG 6+ 128 GB yet, both were in the same 10/2-10/13 shipping estimate bucket.

So some movement on the 128 GB 6+ - keep the faith!
