Went from backordered to processing last night around 7:30
Got services update from AT&T around noon today.
Waiting on tracking info.
My pre-order still is "Backordered" when I called 877 number.
It's showing "Pending Shipment" on AT&T website.
DAMNN!! I pre-ordered it at 3:15 EST on 9/12!
And this is what I got?? STUPID AT&T!
my estimate shipping date came from 10/31 to 10/2-10/13...
Still no luck

omg my order is FINALLY changed from backordered to being PROCESSED...i haven't had any changes at all since 09/12 until now...128GB Space Gray

Got a weird status from ups tracking on my case order from Apple it said "The receiver has been requested to provide warehouse entry details necessary for clearance." Called ups and they logged into in and said they would call back. And sure enough 15 min later Brenda called from ups in Kentucky. She said my case order was with 5000 iPhones from China and they will release my case once they go though the entire shipment. I then told her that I was also waiting for tracking on a iPhone 6+ and she said if she saw anything else with my address on it she would call me!!! How cool!!! Although I have doubts that any thing else is coming to me besides the case it was nice that she offered.
I wish that Att was as genuine as UPS

So I've been reading for a week now and was just waiting and watching until today.....first:

So while I am one of the procrastinators that waited till later in the day I am starting to get pretty pissed at ATT. I get backorders and glitches and whatever the _+$%** reason they want to say is the reason Im waiting till november. And most of the people on here ordered several hours before me so i get they have October times. But today I find out someone ordered online on the 21ST!! and has an October date also?!?! yep that led to a call finally from me....they tried to say "oh well different phones have different dates" OOPS....thats when i drop...wellllll....he ORDERED THE EXACT SAME PHONE! and tried to convey that i wasn't angry with her directly. so she said let me look into something real quick....so i started a little experiment....more on that shortly......she came back and said there is absolutely nothing i can do for you....i said really?? because I'm seeing a lot of posts of people getting credits or cases or something for their troubles.....HELL, send me a damn pencil with the AT&T logo for all i care just show me you want to keep a customer! she apologized again...then (remember my experiment) I told her while she was on hold I went to place an order for the same phone (add another line) and it is showing a 28 day back order....WHICH PUTS THAT ORDER FOR TODAY IN THE OCTOBER GROUP!! So why exactly am I still in the November date range???
So now I'm stuck.....1. do i jump ship for verizon and know when i get my phone 2. do this third line order with the sooner date and cancel the other with the risk of losing my spot in the "first come first serve" pre order line or 3. just ride it out with my original order?
Any class action lawyers on here? would we have a case? LOL

1626 is my starting order number, space gray 128gb 6+. Ordered before midnight on the 19th, samething over and over. backordered but preparing to ship. Horrible! My date is 10/2 but I'm doubting I'll ever see this phone. I keep thinking just to cancel and wait till next year for a new device. It's not like I actually needed it.

I'm 1014 too. SG 64GB 6plus ordered at 3:21am EST. 877 no longer say backordered and been "preparing to ship" since last night
I want to do this too, but I don't want to be let down, lol
Edit: I checked and was let down. Still "Being Processed." I think/hope something will move in the next day and I'll have my phone by Friday.

These order numbers can't be in sequence..... I ordered two on the 12th. The first one at 12:02 AM has a starting number of 2010, the second one ordered at 12:20 AM has a starting number of 1912.
