same phone for me as well... 3:04am

sigh

yeah i'm in the same boat. It's been pretty frustrating, but I'm hoping that we are edging closer to seeing our phones ship. I can almost dial the 877 number in my sleep now due to my repeated status checks. My order confirmation was at 3:27 am Central time, but my order was completed around 2:05 am central. 6+ 64 GB Premier (though i had no idea my account was premier.)

I hope every one who came to this thread will do their pre-order through Apple the next time a big release comes around. Screw AT&T!

THIS TO THE MAX!

I waited in line for iPhone 4 all night at the mall, and some of it was fun, but was very annoying.

I'd rather wait in line at the mall and get my iPhone than fret for weeks like this.

Never Again.

Hoping everyone gets shipping info today!! :)

Much sooner huh? That IS good to hear but the question is...How much sooner? This just sucks every way you look at it. The whole separate queues thing was easy to follow but as you stated that still doesn't explain how someone in the same queue as you who ordered after you got their phone before you. She was basically chocking it up to delays going over the "interwebs". At least it seems like that's what she was trying to say. Basically that is all done by computers and she has no control over it.

I agree that computers are assigning everything but I wish I knew the distribution breakdown between regular and premier customers. If they are splitting them 50/50 then it would make sense that because there are fewer premier members, they are getting them first.

In any event, I pulled the initial confirmation e-mail and it seems that even though I ordered about 20 min after launch (as soon as the site let me in), they didn't get it until about 45 min after launch. Obviously some delay in multiple processing.

Your order was placed: 02:46 AM CDT September 12, 2014

I was right there with you ;) And Apple even bought us breakfast, we are not getting anything from AT&T for the trouble!

Agree that ordering through any of the third party carriers (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint) is always a mistake on these iphone rollouts. But realize that Apple controls the inventory. They let the pre-orders sit on back order while they sell phones in their Apple Stores. It creates buzz, they increase their "sales" in the short term for market analyst's approval, and they look like the hero while they leave the carrier's pre-order customers holding the bag. Not defending AT&T, they do a horrible job too. But over and over people overlook the fact that Apple is screwing you before they "save" you with their in-store inventory.

My contract was supposed to be up November of this year and I checked it yesterday and now it says 2016. Wtf!

I used Next so my contract WOULDN'T be extended. What the hell is going on?

When you do next you choose either a 18 month plan or 24. That's what you are seeing. It's not a contract its a plan to pay off yr phone.

I'm beginning to actively hate the woman who tells me "The items in your order are currently on backorder" every time I call the 877#

Thanks - mine changed to processing from backordered around 9pm PT yesterday and I am hoping to get shopping info before the last shipment goes out today. Did your CC get charged yet?

No but I used the next plan and Oregon has no sales tax.

hang in there, i was hearing that all yesterday and i randomly check last night and got a wonderful change in events...it's music to your ears

How quickly you guys have forgotten that, for the most part, only non-premier customers got phones on launch day. AT&T has spent this week playing catch up with the premier customers they screwed over. Why does the non-premier thread seem dead? Because the large majority of you guys already got your phones.

Also, you guys actually have the option of going to the Apple store, yet you made the choice to stick with AT&T given their questionable launch history. Many premier customers aren't allowed to buy from Apple, we are literally forced into ordering from AT&T exclusively.

Well I am not premier and I haven't got anything. Ship date of 10-2 since day one. People who have ship dates of 10-13/10-22 r getting there's. Ordered before anybody and it's looking like I won't get it by this weekend. So I got screwed launch day and now I am getting screwed when they are playing "catch up". Dam furious

Interesting...

Looking like ATT is out of phones again since no ones reporting any "processing" today … pretty quiet on ATT's end. I think since it went completely global yesterday that Apple is spreading the Pluses pretty thin. I'm starting to believe in my ship date range of 10-2 to 10-13 now :( … but I will miss this thread when it does ship :)

Seriously doubting we will see our phones in those dates either. Mine has been sitting in the same spot showing 10/2-10/13 since day 1. Backordered and won't move. 6+ 128SG, it's absolutely insane that they can't figure out to ship phones to those who ordered first. Their system is a joke! They don't tell their service reps anything and it shows. Call one and ask them a question, you'll get one answer. Call 10 minutes later and talk to someone else, get a different answer. Unreal!

Finally got a hold of someone on the premier line. Didn't give me anything. Just that it was "preparing for shipment," like it has been for the past week and when I mentioned other people who ordered hours after me receiving their orders, she said "I don't know about that"

Waste of time, but she did say nothing was wrong with my order on my end, so it's just ATT being retarded.

Just for ***** and giggles, has yr bill came out that you owe? Mine does and I think they arent sending me crap till I pay it.

Wife just called to tell me that my iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Space Gray was delivered. 6 hours until I cnan get my hands on it. Ugh. I hate my job right now.

That's what is also frustrating. On the Saturday after launch day, after I had canceled my order, the Apple store had the exact model I had preordered (64GB + gold). I decided not to get it because it would have increased the cost of my plan and I couldn't buy it outright without a contract.

I hate the fact that they actually had it, yet I didn't get mine on launch day. I think I may try waiting in line at the Apple store next time. I've never done that before so I'll have to research it, so I'll be prepared.

I had that theory too. So last night I paid my wireless bill (along with the $40 activation fee included) and this morning I woke up and the 877# said 'My order is being processed'

Pay your bill/activation fee.

Cmon cmon. Give me my phone. Lol

How do I find where my actual contract is up then?

I don't think there is any merit to this. My bill is autopaid and was paid on time yesterday. Still no movement. Just a coincidence .
