AT&T Customer Service Sucks A$$!!!!!
After spending an hour and a half on hold, the rep said she didn't have the authority to cancel my order. I called because when I ordered my wife's gold 64gb 6+ I clicked on the check out button and soon after received a confirmation email with an order number. When I went to order my 64gb silver 6+ the sight hick up'd and I had to start over, again clicked check out a got my second confirmation. Woke up in the morning to see I had 2 emails from AT&T officially confirming my two orders for 2 64gb silver iPhone 6+s under the same number...WTF!!! Anyway, throughout that day I received over 8 emails telling my order was cancelled and then congratulating me on my order. I get the system was over loaded, but how did I not get my wives phone. Since then I have called only to get hung up on TWICE, and received different answers from each rep. I understand what they are dealing with and volume of calls they are receiving, but how hard is it to get a straight answer...geeeeeze!!!
