AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

I wouldn't sweat it so much. You have to realize the amount of preorders that were placed before your order time. I'm sure it will come much earlier but I wouldn't expect it in the first batch fulfillment.
Well chatting with an agent and he doesn't even have access to my order.. What kind of company are they running here.
Just seeing everyone's order move up and mines been the same and the fact that my tax charge isn't in my bank account worries me
I'd try calling. I ordered Premier and reached someone who seemed fairly knowledgable. Seemed like the call center was in the US. Judging by the broken English I'm seeing from these chat agents I'd say it's an international CS center. Phone reps may have better access. Chat reps may even be mostly temp due to expected surge in orders. I called premier line.
Likewise. 10/2-10/13 since 3:30 AM EST, and while everybody else is getting bumped up to this group, we're still sitting here as well.

My iphone 6+ gray. 128. Original dates 10/13-10/22. Then a few days ago it switched to 10/2-10/13.
I never would have believed it... But I was just moved up to 9/19!
Unbelievable. I'm so excited.
I did pay full price for the phone.. Maybe that makes a difference?

AT&T Customer Service Sucks A$$!!!!!
After spending an hour and a half on hold, the rep said she didn't have the authority to cancel my order. I called because when I ordered my wife's gold 64gb 6+ I clicked on the check out button and soon after received a confirmation email with an order number. When I went to order my 64gb silver 6+ the sight hick up'd and I had to start over, again clicked check out a got my second confirmation. Woke up in the morning to see I had 2 emails from AT&T officially confirming my two orders for 2 64gb silver iPhone 6+s under the same number...WTF!!! Anyway, throughout that day I received over 8 emails telling my order was cancelled and then congratulating me on my order. I get the system was over loaded, but how did I not get my wives phone. Since then I have called only to get hung up on TWICE, and received different answers from each rep. I understand what they are dealing with and volume of calls they are receiving, but how hard is it to get a straight answer...geeeeeze!!!

Once it leaked they were going to have to versions I knew I could wait. My god daughter wants my iPhone 5 bad so I told her soon as I upgrade it's yours lol..... Why thank ya
Why are some people getting date ranges (e.g., 10/2-10/13) while others are getting solid dates (e.g., 10/2)?

Nice! Just as I thought would happen.. I'd say by tomorrow anyone that ordered that night should be good to go.. mine still 10/2 though.. I doubt the full payment makes a difference, att is just processing all orders slowly.

This reminds me of the O'bamacare debacle.
2 things.
1. We on here seem to be a pretty devoted group of Apple/AT&T customers. Given all the miscommunication, they should throw us some kind of bone. I'm not saying they should give us anything for free. I"d be happy if we got guaranteed spots in line for the iPhone 6S.
2. We are scattered are across America, I realize that, but come next rollout, we should all amass someplace for a pre-order party or something of that nature.
Oh and lastly, what a first world problem!! We should all be thankful that this of all things is what we are stressing about. Life is definitely good!!
One more thing. I hope the next iPhone isn't called the 6s or 6s plus. It would sound too much like iPhone success and iPhone success plus. lol.

I have come to the realization that the AT&T reps don't know jack right now...I ordered my wife's 64gb 6+ on the apple site after AT&T's screwed up my order and her ship date is 10/13...have Maria Gutierrez from ATT chat confirm that!

Yeah I think both versions are cool but something about the plus especially now that it's been revealed to have some better features makes me patient enough to hold out on the better version. My sister wants to take my 5 from me and give to her husband so looks like we are in the business of lending our apple products to family!....oh and you're very welcome...
