AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

just an update from what I have found out. i talked to a CSR at about 11:30 today to call about my bill and out of curiosty. I asked about my preordered iphone 6P 128g gold (2) of them ordered one at 3:02 and other at 3:46 on the 12th 10/2-13 ship dates on both phones.

This CSR was awesome and told me that my two iphones would be shipped out on the 2nd, and that there is going to be a mass shipment to everyone on the 2nd and the 14th. he also said that they were told this yesturday afternoon. i hope he is right and if so we only have a couple day left for the frustraion. I hope this helps and eases some of you about your Iphones.

Ordered on the 27th expected ship dates are 11/5-14.. 877 says backordered. Hopefully those will change to a sooner date.. 🙂

ya UPS seems to bring them to Louisville. I think ATT uses Fedex or both..

Crazy order numbers

So, I ordered on the 18th through some website at work (I have to do this to get work to pay for my service). When I look up my order on the website with my wireless number, it gives me some crazy order number (0372-XXXXXXXXXX). When I call the 877 number, it can't find my order (with either my phone number or this crazy order number). When I talked to a rep, they gave me a different crazy order number (K008-OY-XXXXXXXX). Since this has letters, can't use it with the 877 automated system either.

Anyone have this experience? I just want my freaking phone.

Yup - I cant check my order through the 877 number because my order number has letters. I had to order through a CSR after my 3:12am EST got cancelled for reasons they cant seem to figure out
