Guys, for you mental well being, please cancel and pick one up at an Apple Store.
It's also just not an option for some people given their plan details. I can't upgrade without trading in my phone to att and I have read about others who have to upgrade through their business. Trust me, if it was an option, I would have. I even had an order active with Apple for the same model I ordered through att (earlier ship dates) but I cancelled bc the one or two weeks later wait as it appeared on paper seemed a lot better than spending all my time shuffling back and forth to Apple and att to figure out all the details of my upgrade. That being said, while I am impatient and want my phone NOW, November is about 3 weeks away and it is still better that last year having to hunt down the 5s at various stores. It usually takes a month to six weeks for this all to catch up and I am hoping my order gets sorted in this period.
