I take great offense to being called a liar! Just telling you what my cousin said. If you don't want to believe that fine, but don't be mean about it! I'm in the sMe boat as everyone else. Everyone one hear is hearing different info from different sources. I thought I might as to that with some info from the inside. Yes, definitely remove that info. Also, they didn't say that all phones would be shipping between those dates. They said that they were all on backorder and that yours was expected to ship between those dates. Not that it really means much to have such a huge span of time as an estimate.

After 3 weeks they finally sent me a shipping confirmation..... The web site shows it was shipped 10/3
This morning it finally shows tracking info on the USPS web site:

Yeah and thats only that they printed a shipping label for it... USPS does not have the phone in hands yet, wait for the next update: "acepted"
I work at the usps, ive seen a lot coming in by express mail but i have seen some like yours coming in by priority mail, i dont know whats the deal with att!
It's really something..... They are showing shipped 10/3 and I probably get it an entire week later..... My other phone is still on backorder.
You know whats the other problem with the att/usps thing? On the box clearly states "no weekend or holiday delivery"

That's so ridiculous everybody gets overnight accept the people they screwed the worst. It's like they know they have lost our business so they might as we'll save a buck and screw us some more.
I'm still back ordered. Just called and checked online. No change.
Im stil waiting for my wife's 16gb gold + # have had the 10/13 10/22 date since day one!
