AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

6+16gb SG ordered 9/12 3:15am central time

my ship dates 10/2-10/13. This morning I called the 877# still said back ordered. I stopped by the AT&T store @noon. They have display models but never received any stock. Manager said they were not getting any stock until @ Christmas. I have to say seeing that 6+ phone in person was impressive. I decided to call the 877# again and just now it says my order is processing. At least that is something.

Great news! :D Called an hour ago and was in back order hell. Felt like I should call again and guess what?! Processing! I was seriously considering going to a 6 but my ever patient wife told me that I should ride it out until at least the 13th. Looks like she was right. (as usual) I had my confirmation at 12:50am. I really hope that everyone else who ordered before me gets their processing change very shortly. I definitely won't be leaving this thread. I feel for every single person who has been put through this nightmare.
 
I hope all 10/2er's get the notification sometime this week including myself. :confused: is it just saying processing? Or something else

I called 877 at 124p (~30 min ago) and it was on backorder. Saw the last few posts in this thread and decided to call again. This time it said it was being processed.

Now I need to go back through the last few pages to see if the 877 status change consistently led to actual shipments happening. This thread sure has a lot of posts, and I can't recall offhand :p
 
Backordered > Order processing

Been reading this thread for weeks now.

I ordered a SG+128 at ~1am PST on the 12th with confirmation about 5 min afterwards.

I am in the 10.2-10.13 crowd.

Been calling all week, getting "backordered" but went to "processing" this afternoon. There might be movement!

BTW, for those who say you can just cancel and pick one up at the Apple store, it forfeits your iphone trade-in allowance if you are using that. The original offer gave a rebate of $200 for 4/4S (in addition to 5/5c) but ATT sneakily dropped it to $100 rebate for the 4/4S trade-in for Oct purchases, despite "extending the trade-in period." So in my case, even though some Apple stores here in the LA area had the SG+ 128 in stock (albeit they went quickly), I couldn't cancel my ATT order and pick one up at the store without giving up $100 in trade in credit.

Well for my 6+ SG 16gb the same day it went from backorder to being processed they send me a tracking # within hours..

Im waiting for the same thing tonight on my wife's 6+
 
Hallelujah! Just checked mine and finally got to hear "processing" !!

I ordered a 16gb gold on 9/12 at 5:05 AM central .. shipping dates was 10/13/14-10/22/14.
 
Got my hopes up Ordered 9/12 5AM EST 6+ 128gb Space Grey in the Oct 13-22 group... 877 and 866#s both say backordered.... still.... again....
 
Finally!

I am scared to believe it, but the robolady said "your order is processing", then repeated my normal dates of Oct 31-Nov11.

Originally ordered 6+ 64gb sil in store 10am 9/12, have had same dates and "backordered" the entire time. I hope it's the real deal!:rolleyes:

Mine has been 'being processed' since I ordered it 10 days ago. (never went to backordered)

I hope you get it! And, by extension, I hope I get mine, too! :)

Just went back a few pages (page 432) and looked at all the posts from people who had their status change to processed. I found that of the 7 people that stated their statuses changed, 5 followed back up with tracking number confirmations within 4-5 hours of the status change.

The other 2 didn't seem to have any other posts, so not sure if they didn't get it are are so upset they decided to give up, or they're happily enjoying their iPhones.

Anyway, to make sure I wasn't hearing things, I called back and the status was still processing!

For those who are curious, my order info:
- 6+ 128GB SG, ordered via the mobile app @ ~125a PT on 9/12, non-premier
- original shipping window of 10/13-10/22, current window of 10/2-10/13
 
I just checked 877# and mine has went from "backorder" to processing, but still saying expected ship dates of 11/9-11/27. Maybe there is hope?!? :eek:


I've only posted once a few pages back, so here's my stats again:

Ordered 9/12 @ AT&T store 16:30est
Iphone 6+ 128GB Silver
Expected ship dates of 11/9-11/27 from day one with no change on att.com and backorder on 877# til now!

877# says my order is processing. 866# still says out of stock. Online still says preparing to ship.

This must be new because I purchase 3 iPhones and an iPad back in Feb on next and did an in store pickup with no problem at all.
 
Checked at 12:30 still back ordered, read the thread saw people getting changed to processing so I checked again and yep I'm processing now. SG 128 12:56 PDT. Maybe oh maybe I'll get it Friday.
