Sprint seem to be the golden child for apple. as i have seen sprint having lots of phones of call make color and models all almost gone by close of business and a new batch in the next day in the state of florida can not speak for the other states as i am only watching my area. :)

I think Sprint has the most stock because .... well.......... sprint sucks haha. My girl has sprint and wants to upgrade her phone. I told her she could probably go to her local sprint store and pick one up while I'm still waiting for my pre-order, which she thought I was being a complete geek about by waking up in the middle of the night for launch.

I would think a charge to your card and a change to processing instead of backordered is a good sign for you.

I ordered on 9-12 and my order has said pending shipment preparing to ship never backordered. Expected ship date 11/9 - 11/27

This is why I jumped on the opportunity to grab the phone I wanted on the Verizon network. Local Apple store had them in stock, so I pounced. So long, AT&T. You have screwed me for the last time.

i was thinking the same thing about sprint, sucks thats why but they dwindle down to a few 16 and 64, 128 pretty much are gone each day but then they add more the next day. verizon gets some but not much mostly 16, and 64, t-mobile stay pretty much out like att. again this is in the florida Georgia and charleston South carolinia area and i am only looking at 6+. I guess i should have considered that 3.5 hour drive out to tampa and got the one they had friday. I just did not want to go down town tampa. lol

Typically it means their phone will ship in the next 24-48 hours.

Hopefully this means that these users should all be hearing something soon as they are in the same shipping window.

Finally got an answer on my "suspended" order. Turns out it got suspended the morning of the 12th, but I never received an email or call from at&t.

It took a call from me to their customer service a month later (after numerous other calls) for them to finally notify me of the suspended order. Finally got the order through, and now have a shipping window of 11/26 - 12/08.

They couldn't even push my order up even though I ordered at midnight of the 12th...

I got all excited because some people's orders were shipping, so I called. Alas, backorder lady strikes again. :(

Well lets see what 4 hours costs you in the preorder world. I ordered mine at 8:00 EDT, received confirmation at 8:47 EDT.

My ship date is the same as JB786, but I am guessing it is more like evlfred. Only time will tell.

saw all the activity and called and got PROCESSING!!! then checked my bank account and they have charged my account....please tell me this means what i think it means!
