I just got a text survey from AT&T asking me to rate my "my wireless call" experience as followup from my 877# call on 10/22. They wanted to know on a scale of 1 to 10 how likely I'd be to recommend AT&T services to friends & family.

Ahhhh ha ha ha! Did you say 10 a negitive 10 that is!

Well I just found-out that I got Screwed. Received an email from AT&T that my order was cancelled (I ordered on Sept. 12 @ 6:30AM). After contacting the 877# and talking to a nice CSR named Chris who informed me after checking further that my DiscoverCard was rejected. The expiration date on the CC that AT&T had did not match. I then recalled a change to my DiscoverCard that occurred about 2 weeks ago with me getting a new DiscoverCard having the same account number with an updated expiration date and a different 3-digit security code. The card specs changed between the time I ordered (9/12) and when it was cancelled (10/23). The CSR checked to see if they could retrieve the order and enter the correct info, after a couple minutes he came back saying he couldn't, the phone was release to general stock. He said that he would change the info within the AT&T system to allow for the upgrade since my phone order was cancelled.

I then decided to order from Apple which I did shortly after my AT&T call. Apple's invoice says my iPhone 6+ SG will arrive between 11/20-28/2014.

All this waiting for nothing, arrrgh.:(

I put a 1 and they started blowing my phone up

No, I went to (-)11.

On the plus side, I just called billing about removing the upgrade fee from my bill. As the billing CS guy began lecturing me that the upgrade fee could not be removed because it is part of my contract, I finally turned into my father. Then I asked for retention. During the brief wait before I was transferred, I was able to squeeze back into myself. The retention CS gal waived my upgrade fee and deducted an additional $10 a month from my bill.

I did the same thing and wrote a very detailed text at the end explaining why I gave them a bad rating .... gee do you think they will actually care or read it LOL

I did the same thing with 1 on likelihood of recommending, but a 7 on the rep. I actually got a call back (they left a voicemail). I am not sure if it had anything to do with my order getting processed and shipped.

For anyone that want to "initiate a feedback", the way I got an automated text feedback survey was to follow up on a phone call conversation with the customer relations department.

i keep checking this site that populates all available iphone 6 / 6+ if they are in stores available and all i see is 16GB iphone 6+

Just did the same thing. Had to call to verify my CC. The card is used when I ordered on 9/19 renewed and the exp date is different. I have the rep's name just in case AT$T cancel my order even though they said I would be OK... I also gave a nice long text message at the end and most was about waiting for the phone I ordered 5 weeks ago...

Called AT&T to get my upgrade fee waived and asked about the phone... told me the same estimated shipping dates and nothing else lol.. Same dates as on the website order status..

iPhone 6 Plus 64gb Gold
Shipping Date: 11/5-11/14

Yea they read it. And flag your account to be called

Did you mean they flag your account for "accidental" iPhone order cancellation?

Let's hope not.

I think it means they flag your account for a follow up call to further explore why you're so disappointed in AT&T. That said, I have not received a follow up call. And my order is still showing "preorder processing" on online order status; backordered on automated response on 877#; & "preparing to ship on my wireless account page. Bad business as usual...

So they haven't cancelled my order yet.

6+ 128 Gold
Pre-ordered 9/12

I've been reading this post since I ordered last Sunday. It's comforting(?) to hear preorders are finally starting to get shipped out, even if it's 6 weeks later. I would be ecstatic if mine came in 6 weeks.

I ordered on a 6+ SG 64gb on 10/19 in store at at&t with shipment dates of 11/26-12/08. In store, I was told "3-4 weeks tops, probably sooner" to receive the phone. Came home to the email that it was more like 6.5-8 weeks. Not pleased with being told inaccurate information in store. I decided to go through at&t because I wanted to make sure I kept my unlimited data that I still have.

Good luck all! And keep updating!

Which site are you referring to?

I assume it's iStockNow. But I don't get it. When it says something in stock you can go to Apple's website and it generally also says it's in stock, but twice this week I called the store to confirm and they had no stock whatsoever. And the site remained "in stock" for awhile so it wasn't that someone bought the phone in-between my seeing the site and calling.

Thanks.

I have seen it and questioned how accurate it is. The poster had indicated AT&T store inventory was shown but I never have seen that anyplace but their website.

Thanks again.

?!

The completely lack 64GBs is depressing, especially Space Grey. Looking at the list, the other models have seen have 50-60% of members have had their phone ship. After a month, 1 SG 64 has shipped.

It's supply and demand, there was little demand for a 64gb model sadly... More people either ordered 16gb(WHY?!?!) or 128GB.

If there was little demand for the 64gb why haven't they had an overstock rather than a backorder? I'll admit I've only been waiting 24 days but id like to see some motion on my order.

apple must be holding them all in their warehouse and shipping to their website customer orders.
