Small update on my 6+ 128GB SG 09/12 10:20AM EDT order - my CC was charged by ATT tonight, but no update on ATT status page, still says 10/31-11/11 ship estimate.
 
Wow! My 6+ 128 Gold (1:13am PST placed 9/12) has shipped. I have a FedEx tracking number with delivery set for Tuesday. (I'll still believe it when I see it.)

It only took six weeks to the day since I placed the preorder. The timing is interesting though. I received one of those text surveys from AT&T this morning.

Of course I said no! I wouldn't recommend AT&T to anyone let alone my friends and family. And at the end of the survey I stated flatly that I was very, very disappointed with them.

Because I found the survey so irritatingly patronizing, I decided to call AT&T billing CS and ask to have the $40 upgrade fee they had already charged waived. I am, as a rule, polite to CS people because I know they have a difficult job & you catch more flies with honey anyway. But this guy started to tell me about my contractual obligations to AT&T - and, I lost my temper. I finally told him just to stop talking and connect me to the retention department. As I mentioned in an earlier post, the retention CS not only waived the upgrade fee but also reduced my monthly bill by $10.

Now, maybe it's coincidence that my phone shipped a scant few hours later, or maybe my threat to dump AT&T for Sprint (taking 3 lines with me) was enough to bump my ship date from 11/9-11/27 - to today. Who knows.

I'll update when I have my phone in hand - and in the meantime, I'll be sending all those still waiting (especially my 9/12 comrades) all the mojo I can muster.
 
I thought this day wasn't going to come! 128GB SG ordered on 9/12 at 9AM CST finally charged my credit card and the backorder lady has finally changed her tune. I will keep you all updated and let you know when I get a shipping # and date! The first recommended step I would give anyone to take away the notion to want to check the 877# over and over again is to setup text notifications for your card used on your account. I promise if you wait to call it again until your bank text you about your charge your next call will be a lot more promising!!!!! Can't be more excited to finally see some movement and I hope that everyone hears something soon! I will definitely be on here for a while and I will be here until at least everyone from the 12th gets their phone!

BTW Roll Call for everyone that has ordered on the 12th and hasn't heard anything yet.
 
finally got iPhone

Interesting thing is I backed up old one and was going to restore to new one. Go to install and all my backups are on a newer version than the software on the new iPhone. So this was obviously built prior to the new releases.

yep. i've been watching the green markers disappear one by one. i hope that att will have some stock also.


I'm 3 seconds away from marching into t mobile or verizon and switching carriers. I sent an email and I will talk to my family about switch in carriers
 
My 64GB Silver Plus shipped today

I ordered a 64GB silver plus on 9/12 at 6:30pm at an AT&T store. Shipping date listed on the website was 11/9-11/27. Yesterday I called the 877 number and got a processing message instead of backorder. Late this afternoon my credit card got a charge from AT&T and this evening the website updated with my UPS tracking number. Coming from Fort Worth, TX, set to arrive Tuesday 10/28. Finally went out tonight and bought a midnight blue apple leather case, didn't want to torture myself by doing it sooner.

Devil Lady (FINALLY) changed her tone when I called the #877, that bitch said order is now being processed!!! I'll take any kind of movement right now. CC also has been charged.

9/18 - SG 6+....16GB... (don't laugh, give me a sports radio app and spotify, I'm good)

We shipped your recently placed AT&T Premier order.

When I ordered my iPhone 6+ online 09/17, I forgot our account was a AT&T Premier account. I could have used the special web site. No idea how that would be better..

FedEx shows the phone in Fort Worth, TX. FedEx had a button to hold your shipment at the local FedEx desk. When I pressed it they said the shipper did not allow pickups. Since no doubt a signature is required, I guess I will have to be home. My boss won't like that.

Oh well.. HOOT! My phone is on its way..

Looks like the SG 64's are moving.

I got UPS tracking tonight on both of my SG 6+ 64's. They are in Fort Worth and will be here in San Antonio Monday.

I am so frustrated with ATT right now. I originally ordered on a 64gb gold on 9/17 with a shipping date of 11/9-11/27. My credit card I used to place the order was stolen a couple weeks ago and I had to get a new card. Today I called ATT and they said they couldnt change the card number to my new one and that I would have to cancel my order and place a new one. Now I have the shipping dates of 12/4-12/15 :mad:
