Since 9/19, I've been checking order status, and not one time have I heard the word "back ordered", so what gives? If my order is not on back order and its been 'processing' since 9/19, where the hell is it?
 
I called again today. My 6+/128/SG ordered 9/19, is still back ordered.

At least the list on here is getting some activity. I'm almost next ;)

It can't be a CC issue because our cards are good and there is PLENTY of $$ in the account.
I'm at work and can't call them to "LIGHT THEM UP!!!! gRRRRRR!!!!!!

Are they even going to look into what happened, or are they just going to blow it off and expect you to reorder.

The same with you skierbri10 and duron1984, are they looking into it.

For all the crap we are giving ATT & Apple about their inventory system, the Nexus 6 release yesterday was even worse.

My friend was waiting all morning to order the new phone yesterday and within a minute the first batch was sold out and he isn't even able to pre-order them on wait list.

But I bet you that your friend won't be waiting 6 weeks for his Nexus. :) Oh well, if I don't get anything by 11/6 I'm just going to do what you did and walk into a store and upgrade.

YES....apparently they are canceling "back order" ones and having people re-order, and I'm thinking it's because they only have enough to cover for the pre-orders....

I ordered 9/20 and my dates were 10/29-11/07. It's been on back order, changed to processing last night, then cancelled today.
Read the posts above....if yours is in back order it will most likely get cancelled.#####

They'll just expect you to reorder. I talked to several CSRs when they cancelled mine last week and they weren't sympathetic at all. They just said there was nothing that could be done and I would have to place a new order.

Why sure you have a fan...pulling for ya. And that suckerpunch, you got it...I'll wait till I have my phone in hand though # in case she gets pissed and tries to throw mine back in the back order bin.

Will do....because it's not like ATT will communicate with its customers anyway.
Forums give us way more info than the freaking company....the CSR system is so broken in every company and becoming obsolete. This is a problem cuz last I heard, people still existed!!
 
No sympathy for me from CS. I told them then I won't have any regrets or sympathy when I leave for verizon after 15 years. They didn't have any idea why it happened. I ordered 9/13 a 128 sg. Looks like my new verizon 6+ 128 sg will be here before thanksgiving. Not ideal, but I was already in that time frame. Again, CC's are fine and I talked to the CC company and they said there is no issue or flags on my account. There is way more $ available on the card to cover the $70 is taxes. I am done with att. Screw them, moving my entire family over to verizon at the moment.

On the phone with ATT Premier now. Been on hold 20 minutes getting more and more angry. God help the person that picks up.
 
God help the poor soul who answers the phone if they cancel my order. Male, female, won't matter. Sailors would be jealous.
 
Ordered my 64G SG on 10/14.... My friend LITERALLY ordered his 2 days before mine and his came today. *Stares at "Preparing to ship status" that hasn't changed in 2 weeks* :mad: sent me photos of it and everything
 
I just talked to a premier CSR and she said my order is fine and I said will it stay that way and she looked deeper and saw its in warehouse to ship.

I am taking all this with a grain of salt of course because it's ATT.

Told her all about the issues on the forums. She reiterated my account was fine.

That's good. I too am a premier customer so hopefully my order will be fine...
