The same thing happened to me. I went to iStock website and found my phone at an Apple Store two hours away. Upgraded one of the seven line we have. Used the same credit card, Apple had no problems. And I did an in store pickup and had my phone that day. I will never pre order from ATT again.

... been checking daily while at back order hell...
... aaaand... this morning's first email read: "Your ATT Order has SHIPPED!
I have a tracking number, but no tracking info yet. It'll be here soon! (With all my luck and since I'm in Puerto Rico... monday or tuesday) Anyway, hang in there... from what I've been seeing since yesterday, many units are being shipped... It's coming!!!
P.S. - Sorry for the happy outburst...

Don't be sorry over your happy outburst, you waited too long not to be happy. I'm glad the 64s are finally shipping, and the preorder group is finally seeing an end to the waiting.
I'm not listed on the spreadsheet, but ordered a 6+ 16gb SG for my wife through retentions on Oct 12 with 11/19 through 12/1 dates. Switched this morning on the 877 number from backorder to order processing.

For all the crap we are giving ATT & Apple about their inventory system, the Nexus 6 release yesterday was even worse.
My friend was waiting all morning to order the new phone yesterday and within a minute the first batch was sold out and he isn't even able to pre-order them on wait list.

Hey, be happy you have a working phone, mine broke the week I ordered my 6+ and since the lady who took my order said "oh, well we just give really long dates as a prediction, but you should have your new phone within 3 weeks" and I was prepared to wait only 3 weeks...fast forward 41 days and I still have no idea when I will get my phone. So be happy you at least have a working iPhone to use, I am stuck using a crappy flip phone from 2001.

OMFG! Checked the 877 order just now and my order has changed from "backordered" to PROCESSING! I have been hearing the words "Backordered" at least once a day since launch day. This is a good sign! **Knocking on a warehouse of wood** I can't believe my ears.

(This is just a theory but, I noticed a lot of apple store orderers complaining that their shipments have been on hold in Korea for a few days due to customs issues. Maybe that is why we are not seeing much movement?? Att sends shipments from the US but it could be that much of the stock is on hold elsewhere and once it all clears customs we will see another large wave of orders filled. fingers crossed.
Just an update. My order did say processing yesterday, but woke up to cancelled order today. CS rep said they had no idea why it was cancelled. Everything checks out and the same card was used for my wife's phone which shipped fine. Think I will be leaving att now after 15 years as a customer. I'm done.
So apple is slipping illicit drugs into their 6+ shipments. You heard it here first folks!!

I am also from PR, I ordered in 10/5 with a shipping window of 11/12 to 11/27

Whoa! So sad to see so many orders cancelled for no apparent reason. That's really bad business. Yes, mine shipped finally. Order on preorder day and it left Dallas/Ft. Worth last night. Set to arrive tomorrow. But I do know what all you who are waiting are going through.
My big complaint was just the pure lack of communication. Since mine shipped yesterday I've gotten so many notifications. Even a stupid one that says "your phone is one the way. Here is a video that shows you how to transfer contacts, activate" yadda yadda.
If they had been more proactive in communicating to everyone left in the dark (I ordered launch day) it would've been a nice gesture. Once I ordered and got the confirmation. Text, I never once got a hint of an update until it was shipped.
Truly bad business practice in my opinion, but since all my effort checking my status endlessly has ended, my attention now will be to do some serious hoping and wishing that each and everyone of you get your phones ASAP! Good luck guys. I'll post updates as I have them.
