Officially starting my shipping window! I wish all of you with me luck! So far things have been catching up pretty quickly based on others' post.

Current status: 877 says backorder and online says Preparing to Ship.

Just got the e-mail and text from AT&T today [11/12] that my order has shipped. Checked my tracking and its going to be delivered on Friday, excited!

Item: iPhone 6+ 64GB (SILVER)
Purchase date: 10/13/2014
Expected Delivery: 11/20 ~ 12/02
Delivery date: 11/14

You kow what the problem is and why people are hyped up? It's because they ordered a phone worth hundreds of dollars months ago and have not received it.
This is not a $50 Criket phone people are venting about. It's not that anyone is losing sleep, either. I understand that your particular personality may help you see things in a different light...maybe even more nonchalant than others would. Just understand that the whole point of this forum is to share our experiences AND feelings about this whole phone order process. Those condescending comments only make you guys sound like the uncaring AT&T employees we have been dealing with #.
Kudos to you for having a more positive outlook on things...but many of us are being screwed over to the tenth power. And that is something that no one, not even you, would enjoy.
It's not much to ask to have a little empathy and mercy..is it?

I will have my phone shipped this Friday. Ordered on 10.06! Looks like the Silver 64 GB's are at last shipping!
 
Called the 877# for the first time and it said my order was being processed and then repeated my shipping window. Is this the typical message for backordered phones or should I start to get excited?

Hey guys. Long time lurker here and finally decided to sign up and share my experience.

I ordered on 10/01 with ESD of 11/10-11/19. For the first few weeks I was only checking the order status website daily. Then after reading through pretty much all the posts on this thread, I realized that the 877# had more up to date info and so I started checking that number daily.

Then, about a week or two ago, I decided to stop checking the 877# as well. I figured I wasn't going to check my order status until members on this forum with similar order dates as mine started posting that their orders changed to "being processed."

Well, yesterday and today I started noticing that a lot of members with order dates ranging from 9/29-10/02 started to post that their order status had changed from "backordered" to "being processed." This was my signal to check the 877# and LO AND BEHOLD my order status changed to "being processes" as well!

My info:
6+ SG 64GB
Ordered:10/01 online
ESD: 11/10-11/19
877#: "Being processed"
Website: "Preparing to ship"

Since I haven't checked my order status in around a week and a half I actually don't know how long ago it changed to "being processed" but seeing how the website still says "preparing to ship," than it must have been just today or yesterday. I will update you all as I get more info.

Edit: I just called the 877# and out of curiosity I
searched for my order by the order number instead of the usual phone number and the dragon lady says she can't find my order? When I search by phone number, it says that my order is being processed. Any ideas anyone?

Been lurking for a while. Originally ordered the iP6 during the preorder. Received it, no problems. Decided I wanted to exchange for the iP6+ during the return window.
Order done as direct fulfillment in store on 10/02 for 64+ SG.

877 changed to in process sometime within the last 6 hours.
Original shipping window was 11/11-11/20.
 
Ordered my 6+ 64GB SG on 09/22 over the phone... shipping dates given at that time was 10/30 - 11/10. Well it's past that and no phone and no tracking number.

However I noticed early in the day on 11/11 the status went from "Preparing to ship" to "Backordered." Checked the status again later on in the evening 11/11 and the status went back to "Preparing to ship." At that time, I checked my credit card and noticed that I have been charged for my phone.

Based on what I have read previously... I SHOULD receive a tracking number today (I hope). I too ahve called and complained and b*tched!

Stay tuned!

My CC was charged around noon on 11/11, have not received an email but found tracking number online and 877 yesterday. They are shipping USPS and this morning there is tracking information available on their website. Shipping from Memphis and left facility last night at 11:40 pm with 2 day delivery. Fingers crossed that I will have it for my birthday on Sat. but I suspect it might be Mon.
Ordered 9/29, 6+ 64 silver.
I will stay on forum until GingerSnap and the other early "orderers" get their phones.

Same here, but it's been about 52 hours here and no tracking number. I'm guessing if you ordered after me (09-22) then you'll get it before me (based on recent patterns!)

I still check in from time to time to check on Ginger's and other people's status. You have way more patience than I do Ginger, I give you that. I'm sure you've thought about cancelling, but then your other side says that you've waiting this long only to cancel now.

I'm hoping you have something by next week, anything. Hang in there.

Looks like the 64kbs are shipping, all of us looking to get a 128gb no hope in sight. If you want 128gb sg, keep dreaming as I don't see those anywhere in the US.

Oh I've been very very tempted to cancel my order and just get a Note 4. I can't believe its almost been 2 months.
