Anyone trying to protect AT&T needs to realize what they are doing.
6+ 128GB SG ordered 9/22
Lie #1 - Promised shipping range of 10/30-11/10. I didn't get my phone, obviously.
Lie #2 - Called on Friday November 7 to get a sense of what was going on. Was promised by phone rep that I would have a shipping date by Monday morning. Nope.
Lie #3 - After my escalation on Monday 11/10 at 8AM. I was told I would hear back from Escalation team by 5PM Pacific. Nope.
Lie #4 - After calling Tuesday as to why I didn't hear back, I was told that escalations actually take 24-72 hours from escalation of Monday. So, I will hear back no later than Wednesday EOD. Nope
Lie #5 - After calling this morning as to why I have no phone and why I have yet to hear back from Escalation, NOW I'm told that escalations take 1-4 business days.
Lie #6 - After pointing out that EOD today would be 4th business day, I asked if I will be guaranteed to have word back by EOD today. She hemmed and hawed that she couldn't guarantee that.
ATT is an absolute joke. I haven't even listed as lies that ATT continues to try and convince their customers that they "have no idea when we will get more phones from Apple". I am certain that I will not receive a phone before the end of year, and I'll be shocked if I receive a phone before April 2015. I have ZERO confidence that ATT has a concern in the world about fulfilling the orders of their Premier (laugh) customers. They don't care.
Apple may be running behind. Apple isn't forcing ATT to continue to lie to me. Apple isn't forcing ATT to treat me like garbage. Apple isn't forcing ATT to prioritize everything on earth above their Premier customers.
