I was just thinking about this message on the order form page:

"Your order contains items that are not yet available for shipping. When the preordered items are available, we'll process and then ship all items in your order at the same time."

Now, I have an i6 coming but it's listed at weighting 2lbs. I wasn't sure I bought the package weight argument seeing as how some have a FedEx package weight of 1.2 who only ordered one phone but maybe they are shopping them together based on the above?

Who knows?

i6+ 16GB SG

Hey guys, anyone or all who received that email sent from At&t stating the status of the order. Saying something like: "we are still expecting to ship you order on the dates listed below 10/02-10/13" can you state the model of the 6+, the color and what region your in.

Yeah I got one but for only one of my orders. 6 Plus 64g SG

10:00 was the magic time yesterday when orders started showing as shipped

I hope so. I saw on the other thread earlier notifications tho...again, thinking it's our premier status. Nothing premier about us with this lack of communication. :/

Just wanted to update you on my situation.

Phone: iPhone 6 Plus 64GB SG
Ordered at 2:54am EST on the 12th and got my email confirmation at 2:55am.
Email confirmation said 14-21 business days.
At 3:39am I received a second email saying "your order is in the process of being fulfilled" expected ship date: 10/2 - 10/13
Saturday morning I received two texts saying "Congratulations, your order has been processed" or whatever.
Sunday, my ship dates changed to 10/13 to 10/23 (i think)
Later in the week the ship dates changed back to 10/2 - 10/13 when everyone's got bumped and my cancel button went away.
This morning I received the dreaded "your phone is still expected to ship 10/2 to 10/13" email and my cancel button is back.
Nothing on FedEx of UPS My Choice

It doesn't look good for me. I had to be one of the first orders as It was in a few minutes before they were even supposed to go up. I can wait a few more days for the phone. The part that upsets me is that AT&T promised to ship the phones out in the order they were received, yet it's clear most people who got their phones shipped ordered after me.

I also received the email stating that my expected ship date will remain the same. I'm on the west coast.

IP6 + 16GB silver
Ordered 9/11 @ 11:40 PST
Confirmation @ 11:46 PST

I am still finding it hard to swallow that a person who ordered 6 hours after me already has a shipping confirmation. I am still as hopeful as I was yesterday cause if the people who ordered earlier don't get phones but people who ordered way later do, that would be a humongous blunder for AT&T. With the iPhone 4s I never even got a shipping confirmation and website never changed yet I received phones on launch day. I think we have to remain positive and keep the faith. NO NEGATIVE NELLY"S!

This is the way I see it. I am losing hope, but at the same time I ordered an iPhone 6 and its currently in Texas. Until that shipment arrives in FL, I will have hope because it means that they can still fit my iPhone 6 plus in the truck/plane over here.

Once it is no longer in Texas, and I still haven't received shipment notification, then I will see about that line. Luckily my local AT&T store doesn't get a crazy line, did it last year for iPhone 5S (arrived at 4:30 AM, and was 6th in line)

I'm giving AT&T one more day to get my order shipped, only because I'm in trucking distance from Louisville and could be given a late night shipping update.

HOWEVER...

I ordered 15 minutes BEFORE 3 AM EST. There aren't that many people that got in before me, yet just about everyone who's getting their phone ordered AFTER me. I can wait on a phone, but I don't like getting up at 230 AM and killing my sleep schedule to order a phone, only to have people get up at 7 AM, order their phones, and get them. It's a matter of principle AT&T, you go by the queue order, and you don't lie about it. It's clear to me that AT&T couldn't care less about the queue order and did what was convenient for them shipping wise.

If nothing changes by tomorrow I will seriously consider canceling my preorder, waiting out another year for the S model, and probably going with a carrier that cares about their customers.

At any rate, I will NOT be paying that 40 dollar upgrade fee. People have gotten out of that fee simply by calling and asking nicely; I will demand it removed after this debacle. I suggest anyone that isn't happy with AT&T right to do the same, and to let them know that you're unhappy with how preorders were handled, assuming you were one of the many that ordered early and got jumped by others behind you in the line. The only thing AT&T cares about is money, and hitting them in the wallet may change things for the better in the future.

I'm starting to think the SG 6+ is the new gold 5S.

Woke up to nothing. Still preparing to ship. No tracking numbers. I'm convinced if we see some action like we did mid-day yesterday a LOT of us will be getting our phones tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Good luck all.

My take on things:

Clearly they are not shipping in a first come, first serve on the orders as they were bought. Whatever. They are likely shipping based on the order that the orders were processed in. The order of processing could have many variables; size, color, plus versus regular, credit card issues, premier versus regular customer, time zone, location, system issues, etc, etc.

It also seems that space gray 64 GB and 16 GB seem to have shipped less then other models, but honestly the sample size on this forum is too small to fully be able to tell that.

Additionally it feels like those that were originally in the October 2 to October 13 date range are having their shipped, while those that started later either late October or early November ship date and were changed on Monday are less likely to receive their phones on Friday.

Again, even with 100+ pages of comments we are really small sample size statistically.

In my case I ordered around 4 AM Eastern time for my 64 GB space gray plus, but did not receive my order confirmation email until 8 AM or so. I then received a text saying congratulations my order has been processed at 9 PM-ish Friday night, and then another one early Saturday morning. Like others here Bank of America flagged my card as fraud after the second order (ordered a 64 GB space gray regular for my wife about 15 minutes before I ordered my plus). Luckily I noticed the text from Bank of America immediately and was able to fix the problem in under five minutes and my order was not canceled or flagged as action required. Like all of you I had the one dollar authorization for each phone, plus another authorization for the full tax amount for each phone (using AT&T next), and both of those dropped off yesterday.

My wife's phone will be here tomorrow via UPS, while there is still a chance I might get mine tomorrow as we live in Texas and they can do overnight tonight and still get it here in time, I believe I'm more likely to receive mine probably late next week or around the October 2 date.

Does it suck? Yes. Is it the end of the world? No. I will definitely be jealous on Friday when my coworkers are playing with their new phones, but I'll survive ;-)

I used the much improved Siri on iOS 8 to type this, so hopefully there aren't too many weird mistakes in this post! I love that it types out the words as we speak now instead of waiting till you're done!

That's actually pretty good. I use dictation programs for charts and it isn't that accurate.

Yeah I'm worried about having a SG 128GB order. Obviously considering all our knowledge is based off patterns, anything can really happen. Still though it's disheartening to see so many other phones going out and now other SG folks getting those emails.

My order has always been in the estimated Oct. 2-13 range and I have bubkus! My charge is still pending on my card, received the e-mail saying that my device should still ship in the estimated time frame.

BTW - I ordered at 3:05 Eastern, received confirmation e-mail at 3:12 Eastern. Still trying to stay optimistic but that's fading fast.

This is EXACTLY what happened to my order and my husband's, though his order date once fell back as far back as late November, despite being placed before mine. Now it's the same 10/2-10/13 date as yours and mine. He also placed the order before 3 am ET. Probably even earlier than you did.

I wake up this morning to see still pending shipment on 10/3-10/13 for my 6+ space grey 64gb. I'm like whatever really didn't expect it to change. But on my bank it shows that as if att didn't charge me anymore. Wtf?! Anyone else know what's going on? Btw ordered 3:08 est indiana

If nothing else, AT&T's futility here has saved me the pointless exercise of refreshing my order page over and over. Now I kind of figure that despite getting an order through less than 25 mins after the pre-order was SUPPOSED to start(no matter that some were able to get through early, most of us were refreshing early like you, so please don't act like you had one over on us), since I haven't even gotten the "you're screwed we have no idea when you will get a phone" email, there is no end in sight.

Got the email sg 64. A lot of planes supposedly flew into Kentucky yesterday. My packages usually come from this area, not Texas. Still at the 10/2 - 10/13 date. I'm in the western Pennsylvania area.
