I got the email this morning...

...is this there way of saying "for the love of god (thor) please stop checking your delivery status!"

My order was for a 6+ 128GB SG going to CO. I ordered on 9/12 at 1:30 am Mountain.

And it's official.

I wake up this morning to see still pending shipment on 10/3-10/13 for my 6+ space grey 64gb. I'm like whatever really didn't expect it to change. But on my bank it shows that as if att didn't charge me anymore. Wtf?! Anyone else know what's going on? Btw ordered 3:08 est indiana

6+ 128G SG here in michigan ordered at 3:01 AM EST. You'll have to let me know if you get any movement. My hold fell off a couple days ago....

I ordered 128GB Gold+ on 11:53PM and had 10/2 then 10/13 then back to 10/2. I've noticed most of the orders that shipped out yesterday were 64GB models, few 16GB and 1 of 128GB Model. Now I'm basing on those numbers on screenshots I've seen, not from someone's word or from the doc sheet. I also noticed a lot of those orders were few hours or more after market opened, so I understand everyone's frustration.

I did notice that not 1 128GB Gold+ has been confirmed to ship out yet. I have only seen 1 SG and Silver 128GB ship yesterday, but bulk delivery for this models most like has not arrived yet. So before you lose your minds, hang tight until later today and ignore the stupid email ATT sends you.

I don't mind someone got their order before I did. Honestly not that many people got their +'s shipped yesterday either, so either system did not update the fact that our iphone is already on the way, or it's simply logistic issue I believe. I high recommend you do not cancel your order, at least until 7~9pm tonight first.

AT&T sucks.
 
Siri still can't find fried chicken in Portland. I know we have like 4 restaurants that mention fried chicken in their reviews. 2 years now! 2!
 
I'm noticing many people who ordered IP6+ 128 gb SG, including myself, have not received any shipment confirmation or any other positive changes. Maybe that's a good thing, still unloading those phones?

Crossing my fingers. What I do know is I have several friends over on Verizon with 128g 6+ SG with tracking numbers confirmed for Friday.......

I also got the unfortunate email from AT&T this AM. 5:38am MST to be exact. It is a sad day :) . I am still in the 10/2-10/12 date. A individual above requested we post the exact model and location

128G SG 6 plus- I am located in Boise, Idaho.

ATT sucks

I just got the dreaded email about the order status....I guess I should have ordered around lunch last Friday instead of being up in the middle of the night and ordering as soon as possible to order. I'd probably have tracking info by now. I'm glad they're filling the orders they got last first. ATT sucks.
 
Got the email sg 64. A lot of planes supposedly flew into Kentucky yesterday. My packages usually come from this area, not Texas. Still at the 10/2 - 10/13 date. I'm in the western Pennsylvania area.


that's what I'm hoping for, as mine usually come out from the same hub. Northern NJ here.
 
My take on things:

Additionally it feels like those that were originally in the October 2 to October 13 date range are having their shipped, while those that started later either late October or early November ship date and were changed on Monday are less likely to receive their phones on Friday.

My order has always been in the estimated Oct. 2-13 range and I have bubkus! My charge is still pending on my card, received the e-mail saying that my device should still ship in the estimated time frame.

BTW - I ordered at 3:05 Eastern, received confirmation e-mail at 3:12 Eastern. Still trying to stay optimistic but that's fading fast.
I was original 10/2 date. I think the problem is with the sg
 
Clearly they are not shipping in a first come, first serve on the orders as they were bought. Whatever.

I don't blame anyone for being angry about waking up VERY early to try and get a spot at the front of the line. It's not really a "whatever" situation, it's rather annoying. AT&T should just come out and say they don't follow any sort of queue and you're rolling the dice when you order with them.

Last night before bed I was perusing the forum and I read someone say that people on the west coast would probably be getting shipment confirmations that night because there was a big plane full of phones headed to Cali. I had my reservations about this info but I certainly wanted it to be true. I checked my status before bed and nothing had changed.
I ordered from att.com at 12:11AM PST on the 12th and got a "ships in 14-21 business days" at checkout for my 64 SG + phone. Shortly after that my window changed to the 10/2-10/13 group and has never changed from there. The pending charge on my card disappeared yesterday morning but nothing has popped up since then.

When I woke up this morning I had an email from ATT and I immediately was like "YES!!! YES!!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!" After opening the email my heart sunk. It was pretty much a "hey, nothing has changed over here. Just thought we'd let you know" email. So lame.

Anyway, I attached a censored version of the email for your laughter.

That's what I am hoping to. I'm from Lexington Kentucky so there's no reason for me to panic yet. Seems that all the space grays are screwed up

They shipped mine by standard overnight delivery, so they could still ship yours today, not update the tracking into the system until tomorrow, and you could receive the phone without ever having received tracking info prior to shipment.


Still plenty to be positive about guys.

It's easy to be the positive glass is half full person when your the one that has tracking info...thanks for the advice but please stop giving any. No offense.
 
Okay im in panic mode seriously wtf att. I fulfilled my order at around 11:58 PST. And got the confirmation at 12:01 A.M. And I ordered a 64GB gold 6 + and I still haven't received anything. What's the point of pre ordering of you are not guaranteed a phone on launch day? I thought that was the whole point? I just hate playing this waiting game. feeling like I need a therapist because I can't concentrate on anything until I get an update from ATT. their whole system is crap and im placing a reminder in my phone for this time next year so I know not to order from them anymore. should have just waited for the Apple store.

Having the "Cancel Preorder" button reappear doesn't appear positive.

And people with tracking info telling others to keep their chins up is immensely annoying.
 
Just got the email. LOL! It'll be interesting to see if anybody who got the dreaded letter today gets a tracking number today. :)
