Does anybody have a confirmed 9/19 shipped date for their Iphone Plus order from ATT?

I cancelled my order from AT&T and went with Apple. AT&T at the time was saying 11/9 - 11/27. Apple is 10/14-10/21

I have not seen one post with a 9/19 ship date.

heard about it but haven't seen it. The fact that we haven't really seen it I think is good news. Their cant be anyway that only ATT pre orders of the 6 plus wont come on launch day when every other carrier is...

If that is the case, I'll be switching carriers on Friday.
 
I ordered the plus, 16GB Space Gray 10 minutes before 3:00 AM EST through AT&T. The confirmation email I received a few hours later said I should expect it within 14-21 days. I checked today and now it's at 10/31-11/11 expected ship date. Sighhhhhhh

I ordered 4 minutes before 3:00 AM EST (6 minutes AFTER you) and mine is shipping 10/13-10/22. Also ordered a 16 GB Space Gray. Also, I received my confirmation email 4 minutes later, at 3:00 AM exactly.
 
Order Status

I ordered a Plus 64GB Silver - and I'm in the group 10/13-10/22. Ordered on ATT's site at about 2:10am Central (12:10 pacific). I got in as quick as it let me. Hoping I still might get it Friday somehow since no one with AT&T seems to be getting delivery dates for Pluses on Friday. I suppose another few weeks isn't too bad if I have to wait though. Better than November.

And I ordered 5 minutes after you (3:01am EDT), 64GB Gold and I am 10/2-10/13. None of these dates make any sense.
 
Do we know if Verizon users are getting theirs on 9/19? I called numerous locations Bestbuy being one of them. They told me they dont even know if they're getting the IP6+. I called Radioshack and they guy said I could come in today and preorder. I dont trust it though, it makes no sense.

I am in the same exact boat as a lot of people here. I placed my order about 3:04 am ET. I am kicking myself because the Apple Store was down, but didn't think to use the App on my phone, which was apparently working. The only difference is that I did not get a confirmation email til around 1pm. That is where I figured something is wrong here. I have had the same data for delivery from 10/13-10/22. I am giving it til Wednesday and I will cancel it.
 
Not going to bother cancelling mine. I work and have a new baby so standing in line overnight to try to get one isn't an option for me anymore. At least with my AT&T order I know I am going to get the model that I want reasonably soon.

I am also in the same boat. Got my order for SG 64GB 6+ in with AT&T at 3:05. Received the confirmation e-mail at 3:12 and the next day received the congratulations text. Estimated delivery is 10/2 - 10/13. Tried the Apple App store on my phone, iPad and computer but all of it was down so had to go the AT&T route. This is pretty much a ****** storm but I think things will work out. I ordered my 5 from AT&T and had it on launch day, hoping the same happens here.

Verizon, sprint and T mobile pre orders for a iphone 6+ are mostly being filled for a 9/19 delivery date. Apple spent 40 mil on shipping for this. I am pretty sure all of us pre orders within a couple hours of midnight are getting them on Launch day.I could be wrong tho. If not, I am going to jump off a bridge with a note blaming ATT and not cause I just found out my wife cheated on me with an att rep to get her phone on the 19th.Dam smart Ho.....lol..
 
That ordered on AT&T's site? I haven't, they all ended up being Apple Store preorders.

If only AT&T would come out and say something. What a mess.

Just to set expectations, Verizon didn't release that statement...though the info is verified, let's give credit where it's due: the folks on this forum sharing info. :)

I did receive the txt saying the phone was being shipped to the warehouse and I see the charge for phone with the bank. Along with the status being "preparing to ship"

Anyone think I still have a chance to get it on the 19th or have similar ETAs?
 
All these orders were fubar'd because AT&T orders went live before Apple and probably before they knew how much inventory they were getting allocated. Then Apple went live with earlier dates resulting in cancellations and a whole host of other issues. I'm sure some back end db's at AT&T had some work to do over the weekend and the fallout was sub-optimal from our end, and clearly it wasn't done chronologically.

They don't have mine. My order says that preorders aren't billed until shipment. I don't have a posted charge on my card.

Got the same note as most others or shipment of 14-21 days, then moved to 10/13-10/22 where it has stayed for about 3 days.

Look today and the full amount of the phone now shows "pending" at my bank.

ah dude, you have to wait it out, now its going to be longer for you. unless you go to a store Thursday night at midnight and camp...But then again all the people that cancel are pushing my order up the ladder, so I guess I should be thanking you...lol..:)
 
I ordered my 6+ 64gb SG, 12:46am PST, received confirmation only at 4:44am, both shipping and tracking were pending until Sunday at 11:26am with shipping dates 11/09-11/27..

Was charged a random tax amount that's different than what the order said in the end, lower, which is better for me!
Same here! was charged a lower amount that what it said but I called the att rep and he said it's probably due to the tax being adjusted for your state.
 
I ordered two iPhone's (a 6 and a 6+) from AT&T at about 12:20am PST the night of the pre-order. My wife and I both got the 5S on launch day last year, so after the last week or so of comparing all options on the best/cheapest way to get the iPhone 6 for people like us who get a new iPhone every year, I determined that adding two new lines was the best way to go. So I add the two lines, order the phones, check out with relative ease, and go to bed. I wake up to multiple emails from AT&T the next day saying there is an issue processing my order, and it has to do with my credit card. I check my bank statement, and there’s an AT&T charge, but the amount is equal to the price of only one phone (the 6+), not two.

So I spend the next 24 hours or so trying to call into AT&T Premier support as I've been directed to do in the email AT&T sent me, but no avail, can't get through. FINALLY, on Saturday morning, after sitting on hold for three and a half orders (I kid you not, see picture), I finally get through to an operator. She basically tells me that my entire order is held up, and never got a "place in line" so to speak, so it'll be like I'm placing the order now for the new phones at that moment, and my delivery date will reflect that. I ask why the 6+ order processed and was charged, yet did not get a “place in line.” Operator says it’s because the other phone on the order didn’t process, and when I ask her why it would be any different since the credit card information was only entered once for the whole order which both phones are on, she is upfront and says, basically, that she doesn’t really know and wouldn’t want to give false information. So now my iPhone 6+ has a delivery date of 11/9/14 to 11/27/14, even though I ordered it 20 minutes after midnight and the payment processed right away (my wife's 6 will be here about 10 days after launch supposedly). I think, alright whatever, I have to wait a couple extra months for my phone, but whatever. I’ll take a $100 hit on what I sell my old phone to Gazelle for, but whatever, at least I’m getting the new phone this year. Hang up the phone thinking I’m good to go.

Log on to AT&T later in the day, and somehow my order is now THREE new iPhone’s and THREE new lines. Apparently the operator I spoke with doubled up my iPhone 6+ order somehow, while re-processing the credit card info for the iPhone 6 that caused the error originally. So I’ll probably have to sit on hold for another three hours to get this new issue corrected, get my money refunded on the third iPhone since they already charged me, get the third new line cancelled, etc. Not to mention, I added two lines so me and my wife could upgrade to the new iPhone every year, but of course now that I won’t have my 6+ until late November, my upgrade date will be November of 2016, so I probably won’t be eligible right away when that year’s iPhone gets released. THANKS AT&T, you’ve really outdone yourself.

My situation kind of is what it is I think, since all “new line” orders have to go through AT&T, but let me know if any of you have any advice on what you’d do in this situation (besides cancel your AT&T account, I’ve already been to that ledge and back).

I have been lurking on here all day. My husband and I both ordered 6+ 128g space gray from the ATT website. My husband ordered them at 3:30 am ct Friday.we had credit card issues (matching billing address). Which took a day to sort out with the lonnnnnng wait times. Earlier today his said Shipping status: in progress. Mine said Preparing to ship with at date of 11/09-11/27 :( I just looked again and mine was bumped way up to 10/2-10/13. His is still shipping in progress. I sort of hate him right now.

Yes. This is what I'll be doing unfortunately. My wife and I are sharing a car ATM and i work from home which leaves me carless. This means I have a 4 mile walk ahead of me or a 4 hour wait outside on my rear. Either way more appealing than getting my phone around thanksgiving.

Congrats apple for all the pre orders but if u can't even get the people who ordered the first day their phones; you shouldn't be selling them in stores. When will the wonders cease!

Like many (almost half I read here) I ordered a 164gb space grey 6+, waited until 3:01AMeastern as an AT&T rep I talked to the evening of the 11th if my next plan was eligible for told me they were taking pre-orders at 12:01amPacific as "they were not allowed to take orders earlier, not even a minute." I had problems logging into my account for a few minute then when I tried to add the phone from the pre-order page it told me I wasn't eligible for an upgrade. I just went to my account clicked on upgrade (or something like that) and a picture of the Iphone 6 and 6+ plus popped... Bing bang boom I was done. I'm not exactly sure when my order went through but it had to of been between 3:10 and 3:15, def before 3:20. I say this because I sent myself an email at 3:22 withmy order number as I didn't get an email confirmation. I didn't get the email confirmation until 4:57am...

The original email said 2-3 weeks like everyone else, then the est ship date turned into 10/31-11/11. Yesterday morning my my ship date changed to 1/13-10/22 like most with no changes since.

No changes except my premier order status page changed to "Preorder Processing" from "Preparing to Ship" sometime early this morning. My regular AT&T order stats page still says ""Preparing to Ship"...



Are they phones you're trading in? This was a question I had before I pre ordered, what happens if I'm waiting a month for my new phone and I'm supposed to turn my phone in within a certain time? I'm not going without a phone or paying a penalty when I did nothing wrong. The rep assured me that the time frame to turn in your old phone starts after you receive your new phone. Then again this is the same rep who told me they are not allowed to start pre orders a minute early, so...



I remember reading rumors stating the "bigger" phone would be available a month later. This widely looks true, I said it before but Apple should've had pre-orders for the 6 on 9/12 with a launch of the 19th and had a 6+ pre order with a release date of 10/10. This would've cut down on this massive cluster **** of a situation...

You mean 128 or 64? And if you have a phone to trade in and your getting yours by mail you have 30 days to return it in an att supplied box.

If you read the below thread, most of the people without launch day delivery and who ordered within hours of launch are the one who ordered from AT&T.. So it is hard to believe that there is no stock.. AT&T is playing with our emotions..
