I also ordered a 6+ 16GB Silver at 11:40pm PST. I got an email this morning saying mine will come between 10/2-10/13.

So glad to see people ordering hours after us getting their phones! :mad:

I'm in the same boat but maybe even worse since my order is with premier. Ordered it at 11:50 PST got the same email this morning telling me not to expect it until 10/2... 64 GB ip6+Gold Chicago area Why bother staying up all night. Nice job AT&T.
 
order processing through premiere is a joke.. some CRs claim first come first serve is not applicable and some says dates mailed to you are correct.

worst, talked with Premiere support today morning after long wait and was told order is 'activated' which means that your order is completed and he couldn't provide me with any further information. ATT site lists same 10/2-10/13. wonder if 6+ is ever going to be shipped. have completed order at 3:03 AM EST ,12th September.

I'm in the same boat I ordered at 3.18am and not one email or update since Saturday. Worst pre-order handle ever, tell us something.

I found the Premier twitter handle though, going to start bombarding them @ATTPremier

Greetings from Puerto Rico. I made my preorder for a Space Grey 16 GB model last Friday at an AT&T store. A few minutes after finishing the payment I received an email confirming the process with a 'Preparing To Ship' status with the 11/09-11/27 shipping date as many other people here.


AT&T seems to have deducted the payment from my bank account yesterday, but the order is still stuck in the same status.


I know I won't have the phone tomorrow BUT I'm hopeful the deduction means I won't have to wait until almost Christmas for it. :confused:

Hi! From PR too...mine is 6+ 64gb gold, 3:54 am eastern, have a 10/2-10/13 shipping date...still hopeful, at least we have warm weather and blue skies while we wait :)

#2iPhone 6 64GB Space gray ordered at 4:01 AM received an email immediately after Saying it would arrive on the 19th. received the same text message on Saturday, on 9/17/14/5pm got a text (AT&T FREE MSG: Congratulations! Your AT&T device has shipped for order)
Email 9/18/14/8am with FedEx tracking number expected delivery by 8 PM Central Friday
fyi yesterday before text message I was still getting Expected shipping time of 10/13/14-10/31/14 on order #2 and #3

#3 iPhone 6 64GB Space gray ordered at 4:04 am got an email immediately after saying it would arrive on the 19th. text on sat Received a text message today 9/18/14/9am (AT&T FREE MSG: Congratulations! Your AT&T device has shipped for order) no working tracking information yet

I was talking to my buddy and he said he preordered his 5 through premier and got his tracking the day he got his phone. That could give some of us hope lol.

That happened to me too. I ordered on launch day at 8am and had the same experience.

FYI: South Florida - ordered 3:13am EST - Premier - iP+6 128 - no tracking info and have not gotten the email some of you have this morning.

Thats actually the reps that people are calling. If everyone here gets their phones launch day after all macrumors should start a collection to send all the att reps gift baskets that just say "We are sorry we called you 47000 times..our bad" They don't get a tracking number on the basket though, and we have fedex hold it 48 hours.

don't think I'd apologize for their crappy estimates and inability to figure anything out ahead of time.

SFL here too. Same issue. Ordered @ 3:02 AM, iPhone 6+ 64 SG, no tracking info. I wonder if any iPhone 6+ order in SFL have shipped.
 
Got a email from att about my new plan just now, I'm a premier customer and am still stuck at preparing to ship. No tracking number
 
My partner and I both ordered before 12am. He ordered the 64 SG 6 I ordered the same but the 6 plus. He got a confirmation to receive his tomorrow. Mine is still 10-2/10-13. We are both premier. Mine went from 11-9/11/22 to 10-2/ 10-13 it's been like that since Sunday. It's now 9:00 am PST I'm in LA. I've accepted that it's not shipping and I won't receive it tomorrow.
 
My guess (and only a guess) is that those with 6+ 64GB SG who have not received tracking by now, will get their phones by beginning to middle of next week.

Personally, I'm ok with that scenario.

Like you, I'm fine with getting it next week sometime.

I'm not fine with getting it 2,3,4,5 weeks from now. I have three trips to make in the upcoming month and don't want my $700 phone hanging out on my porch for days.

Has anyone who got the most recent "Your order is still scheduled to ship 10/3" emails from ATT had their phone ship (with tracking)? I got the depressing email this morning and am now thinking they're really just trying to tell me what is reallity and that I should stop lurking on this thread. :confused:

I haven't gotten it. Not sure what to make of that. My order (6+ 64GB Silver) is still listed as a 10/2-10/13 shipping order.
 
If the processing time has any bearing I didn't even get the text message (if that's indicative of processing) until the next day (Saturday morning)

God as my witness that BETTER not be the case. Err

That is exactly what it is, has nothing to do with what time you ordered...
 
Someone should start a thread for all the negative people. I remain hopeful and positive, most of the time....;)
 
I myself would say the shipments are going fine with very slow/innacurate computer system getting info out.

The GIF is really showing the mental state of everybody in here.

says someone who already has tracking and probably was just like the rest of us that don't until you got it.
 
There a chance that our phones have been shipped already. Just haven't updated with a number yet. Probably not. But I'm going to be positive for the remainder of the day.
 
Has anyone heard any definitive information or had any experience with preorder cancellation at the last minute? An in-store rep told me it couldn't be done same-day and a chat rep told me it could. I've seen some people say they didn't get their tracking numbers until late the night before, but I plan to to line up at the store pretty early, so I'm not sure if I should wait til tonight to cancel or cancel now.

Also, did someone say something about the rep being able to stay on the line and confirm the eligibility reset? Because if I wait in line for a million hours just to be told my eligibility isn't there, that is the final point at which I will have a full meltdown. :mad:

iPhone Stautses

I ordered 4 iPhone 6+s at 7:30 am CST on 9/12.

iPhone 6+ 64GB Silver status just switched over to shipped! It is scheduled to arrive tomorrow night before 8 pm via FedEx.

3 iPhone 6+ 64GB SG status' are still showing ship dates in Oct. and one in Nov. If I would have known this, I would have been fine with the silver as well :)

I think the fact that the silver did ship today though gives some hope! They are still working and anything is possible.
 
That is exactly what it is, has nothing to do with what time you ordered...

In the email it states orders are PROCESSED first come first serve. That would lead you to believe that orders are processed in the order received. Otherwise they should have said "orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis depending on what time your order processed"....
