I also ordered a 6+ 16GB Silver at 11:40pm PST. I got an email this morning saying mine will come between 10/2-10/13.

So glad to see people ordering hours after us getting their phones! :mad:

I'm just glad we have each other on here for support.... I still believe us early orderers are getting phones tomorrow.
 
is the charge back on your bank account?

I received my shipping confirmation about noon yesterday, (I posted this earlier)but my charge for the taxes I did att next still have not been charged back to my card and they dropped off about Tuesday this week

For sure. I am actually considering canceling my account and switching to one of the other carriers that handled the pre order smoothly with no hitches. Still optimistic, but that is my plan b. I am tired of this happening and them giving no explanation whatsoever. Tells a lot about their poor infrastructure and the fact they really don't care about their customers.

Which carrier would that be
 
nope some of us have received 2 of those the day after preorders.

and I wonder if those of us that received 2 of the same texts, one of them being on Saturday, have tracking numbers for a plus... i sure as **** don't... If it truly didn't process until about 30 hours after the order and 26 hours after the order confirmation email, the 10/2-10/13 is probably pretty correct

Lol i just could help laughing at that. It is like a group therapy session. I have given up all hope. I should should have been patient and ordered with Apple or just woke up at 7am and ordered with AT&T.

That email is probably automated. It is probably programmed to send a "courtesy" message after so many days and the email reflects whatever info is currently in the system.

ATT's online service has a very low reliability I would put much stock into that email.

That said, I wouldn't count on getting your phone tomorrow either (and I'm in your boat).
 
Thursday Morning ATT Emails

Has anyone who got the most recent "Your order is still scheduled to ship 10/3" emails from ATT had their phone ship (with tracking)? I got the depressing email this morning and am now thinking they're really just trying to tell me what is reallity and that I should stop lurking on this thread. :confused:
 
I ordered a 128gb, Space Gray 6 Plus at 4:30am cst on the 12th. The order went from November est. shipping to 10/2-10/13. Now the 'cancel order" button is back. I'm guessing these are really backordered. The 4 iPhone 6's I ordered are all arriving tomorrow. Naturally this one is mine. I may go stand in line tomorrow morning at a local corporate ATT store. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't have the 128's.

Again, I'm thinking it's automated. Why would that email be more reliable than anything else we've received and/or read?

I still have hope that it will come tomorrow. But if it doesn't, then I'll just have to deal with it. I'll just make sure AT&T hears me out. :) Not in a rude way, anyway!

Premiere sucks

order processing through premiere is a joke.. some CRs claim first come first serve is not applicable and some says dates mailed to you are correct.

worst, talked with Premiere support today morning after long wait and was told order is 'activated' which means that your order is completed and he couldn't provide me with any further information. ATT site lists same 10/2-10/13. wonder if 6+ is ever going to be shipped. have completed order at 3:03 AM EST ,12th September.

You would think Premiere "aka business customers" would get some sort of priority. We appear to be in the background.
 
Greetings from Puerto Rico. I made my preorder for a Space Grey 16 GB model last Friday at an AT&T store. A few minutes after finishing the payment I received an email confirming the process with a 'Preparing To Ship' status with the 11/09-11/27 shipping date as many other people here.


AT&T seems to have deducted the payment from my bank account yesterday, but the order is still stuck in the same status.


I know I won't have the phone tomorrow BUT I'm hopeful the deduction means I won't have to wait until almost Christmas for it. :confused:

Ordene el iPhone 6 plus Gold de 64GB y esta en 10-13/10-22 y de ahi nunca se ha movido :(
 
I would go so far as to say ATTs system is so bogged down that the 10/2-10/13 dates will remain after i6+ orders are received even a week from now. It wouldn't shock me with how flip floppy this whole thing has been.
 
am i the only one who received a text from AT&T almost 24 hours after ordering to say "Congratulations! Your order has been processed"? I'm using that as my barometer of where I am in line for my 64GB SG +... Ordered at 4am EST, received text at 10pm EST and then again at 10am EST on Saturday

Yes...if the text is the indication of where are place in line is...then I am really screwed. I ordered at 2:01 CST and received an email confirmation at 2:04 thanking me for my order. However - I didn't receive a text from AT&T until Friday evening at 7:51 PM.
 
My guess (and only a guess) is that those with 6+ 64GB SG who have not received tracking by now, will get their phones by beginning to middle of next week.

Personally, I'm ok with that scenario.
 
I honestly can't figure out why all of you want 64 to 128 space grays to arrive at your house by Friday! Isn't it enough that AT&T customer service is as much fun as an anal probe? :eek:
