AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

I wouldn't trust it.

I'm not in denial, I don't think we'll get them tomorrow if we haven't already sen tracking info...I just think their system is beyond jacked and untrustworthy.

I've heard of tracking orders coming late thursday and even friday with other iphone launches...don't lose hope until friday night when we're all sobbing on the couch

Another FOUR weeks. Jesus I don't even have words. In other news - sprint, the smallest and closest to bankrupt carrier in existence has all plus orders filled for the 19th. Funny how that works.

From what I have been reading Verizon has had zero issue with getting pre-orders out on time

Girlfriend ordered hers from Verizon about ten minutes or so after mine, ordered completed around 3:45 AM EDT 12-Sep, and immediately got "Delivery by 14-Oct" email. Friend of ours completed his order around 3:35 EDT Friday on Verizon and got 19-Sept. My order completed around 3:35 through AT&T website and I got 13-Oct, then pushed to 31-Oct, then back to 13-Oct now 2-Oct.

All of these phones were 6 Plus, Space Gray. Mine was 128, friend's 64 and girlfriend's 16.

Im pretty sure. I've been lurking around and I know verizon is definitely more efficient with plus orders and tmobile customers just got charged for their iPhones.

Doesnt help us now but I hope people put their money where their mouth is. Next year just before pre order time I will be here posting to ensure you all remember this and go elsewhere.

Of course att will then screw us by forcing so many people to go elsewhere that the other places supply is strained.

same thing happened to me and my 5 when I ordered it....didn't even come off of status "backorder" until the day before launch day when I received it....

Tried to go to Verizon two years ago when the 5 came out and had issues with Verizon. In a panic I stuck with AT&T so I could get my order in. Not that I've regretted it as the unlimited is nice and I've never really had a problem with AT&T customer service. In the end I hate Verizon and AT&T equally. Both too big to give a ****.

Last i checked on this forum lots of people in OH, MI, and KY were still not getting updated. I keep telling myself it will, but I'm beginning to lose hope for a launch delivery.

I haven't seen any MI either. I'm from the detroit area. Nothing. Totally down to go to the store tomorrow if your close though . Make a scene. Maybe punch some people

I was a premiere customer then - I think I was showing as shipped the day before but didn't get the actual tracking number until something like 3 am the day of the delivery.

'Ready to Ship' Status since ordering on Friday 12...

Greetings from Puerto Rico. I made my preorder for a Space Grey 16 GB model last Friday at an AT&T store. A few minutes after finishing the payment I received an email confirming the process with a 'Preparing To Ship' status with the 11/09-11/27 shipping date as many other people here.


AT&T seems to have deducted the payment from my bank account yesterday, but the order is still stuck in the same status.


I know I won't have the phone tomorrow BUT I'm hopeful the deduction means I won't have to wait until almost Christmas for it.

No, the moral of the story is to take advantage of what they care- they want to keep me. They've never have to deal with me on anything from late payment to complaining about service or anything at all. Plus I have 5 lines and don't upgrade often till I need a phone. They make money on me and don't want to lose me which I know. I lied to them about my phone being broken though.

of course you realize you received the notice of your canceled iPhone order before you received anything from them about saving you a phone. she could be blowing smoke up your but just to get you off the line. How will you ever get back to her is nothing happens and I'm sure they can see that their is usage on your line when you claims its broke

Premier customer here. I ordered my iPhone 6 Plus 128GB Space Gray at 3am eastern time last week. Shipping date is 10/2-10/13 and status is pending shipment.
I assume at this point that I will not be getting the phone tomorrow. I'm going to try this weekend to see if I can snag one elsewhere. Does anyone know if it's possible to cancel my order and how long it takes to get my upgrade back? Your feedback is much appreciated.

IM down for making a scene. I live in the 'burbs, but i work downtown. Not sure which store has the best opportunity. I also preordered from target in Canton, the rep there said he was sure they'd get some. Im going to call today and see. just hope i can cancel and get my upgrade back in time.

Let's just wait for 2nd wave of tracking numbers due sometime today... I'm still hopeful for mine arriving tomorrow... Wife's 6 16GB Gold shipped yesterday, ordered 5 minutes apart...

Stories like that make me depressed, they don't give me hope.

People who ordered hours after me and got a good night's sleep will get their phones tomorrow, while I have to go 2 weeks without any phone at all....

It is pretty lame how you can have your order placed at 12:02 am pst on pre-order day but it won't actually be "processed" until several hours later, rendering your order useless until the time AT&T's garbage 'system' randomly receives it.

If the processing time has any bearing I didn't even get the text message (if that's indicative of processing) until the next day (Saturday morning)

God as my witness that BETTER not be the case. Err

Ordered at 11:45pm PST and I still do not have a tracking number; however, I woke up with an email from AT&T letting me know I'll get my iPhone on 10/2-10/22. Haha damn!

I also ordered a 6+ 16GB Silver at 11:40pm PST. I got an email this morning saying mine will come between 10/2-10/13.

So glad to see people ordering hours after us getting their phones!
