My brother emailed me this earlier on a blog he read

That pretty much sounds right, been reading bits and pieces of that story all though out the week...People who waited on pre ordering to go in stores are going to be pissed, they deserve a phone on launch just as much as we do...
 
The demand is on the 6+ 64gb, SG. I ordered three + models all at 9:35am eastern. All three were 64gb and all three were different colors. I just received shipping notification for silver and gold. The SG email came as well and it is still stuck in the 10/31-11/11 date. Pretty frustrating, I would have ordered the other colors.

We put so much stock into negative emails yet nothing into credible evidence to the contrary.

At any rate, here's a good example of why you can't rely on ATTs word 100%. Look at this found in the premiere email confirmation I reviewed about 1.5 hours after I ordered my phone:

"For preorders, charges will be processed on date of shipping and will include actual, applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges, which may vary from the quoted estimate."

One of my phones shipped yesterday and there's not a single charge on my account so we know that's not entirely accurate. It's plausible many will still review their phones tomorrow in spite of what an email or order status page says.

Can we confirm that a single individual has had there status go to shipped today that previously had a 10/2-10/13 date?
 
New poster, might as well join in having been lurking for days. Like most of you, I started to panic after first 30 minutes of the Apple Store not working even though I knew going through ATT was a big risk.

Ordered iPhone6 + 128GB SG at 12.47AM PDT per the confirmation email I received at that time
Another email at 3.04AM PDT said expected shipping 10/13/2014 - 10/22/2014
On Sunday 9/14/, this was bumped to 10/02/2014 - 10/13/2014 which is where it has stayed
The "auto email" with these dates was sent this morning at 4.41AM PDT

Clearly AT&T has hit a lull after upgrading the dates to 10/2-10/13. I'm beginning to think(actually fully believe), that these are the actual dates. Too much hearsay from CSRs, girls dates dudes in the warehouse etc etc.
 
I will say this: if AT&T manages to pull off tomorrow deliveries for most of the first day of 6Plus pre-orders, then my hat is off to them and Apple!

I realized though that the email was probably sent to the address that was used when the Premier/FAN account was created which for me is like 4 jobs ago. It makes sense since there were other email you guys referred to that I never received.

Can anyone confirm this? Has anyone received "the" email today (the one that reaffirms your 10/2-10/12 ship date) and you no longer work for the company that got you your Premier discount?

No I got the email at my personal address.
 
After my Twitter war I spoke to Laura who handles the AT&T premier/business Twitter account. And apparently AT&T completely mishandled the premier orders according to Laura the dates on our emails are the dates we are receiving our phones.

I told her that's impossible and completely unfair since people who ordered on their site at 11AM are getting their phones before their premier customers! She said she knows it's messed up and she apologies for the inconvenience!

So furious!
 
I'm mostly irritated b/c I was going to trade in my 5S but the offer for $300 is only valid until 9/30. This has been a total *****how. Mental note to never go with AT&T again for a preorder. If they'd have had a smooth delivery they could have really had something considering what a mess Apple was at launch time.

its good from date of purchase, so you are fine, also, if you have them send you trade in offer, which shows you the promo code, its good for 21 days, so just do that on the 29th if you don't have your phone yet

my credit card didn't get charged until 2 days AFTER i received my iphone 5 on preorder launch day...
 
Just got done chatting for sh*** giggles. I also made it a point to be nice. :)

Basically the info that I got was the info I have so I'm with the no one knows when a phone will be delivered crowd. LOL!

They may turn out to be accurate but it's not because their system is accurate. I think we know that to be true by now.

You got an email shortly after you ordered with your PDF contracts right? If so, it should go to that same email.
 
Today's Tracking...

Has anybody received tracking number today? I think we're due for another batch of tracking numbers and I hope to get mine as well...
