After my Twitter war I spoke to Laura who handles the AT&T premier/business Twitter account. And apparently AT&T completely mishandled the premier orders according to Laura the dates on our emails are the dates we are receiving our phones.

I told her that's impossible and completely unfair since people who ordered on their site at 11AM are getting their phones before their premier customers! She said she knows it's messed up and she apologies for the inconvenience!

So furious!

Can you post her handle, would like to send her a few tweets myself.
 
I didn't receive an email this morning (6+, 64, SG) and was hoping that was a good sign. I realized though that the email was probably sent to the address that was used when the Premier/FAN account was created which for me is like 4 jobs ago. It makes sense since there were other email you guys referred to that I never received.

Can anyone confirm this? Has anyone received "the" email today (the one that reaffirms your 10/2-10/12 ship date) and you no longer work for the company that got you your Premier discount?

I have not received this email.

You do realize that this person is most likely an intern and has no more information than we are getting from the chat reps?

I am premier and so is my wife. I ordered a 6+ Silver 16GB still showing 10/2-10/13 since Sunday. Ordered at 3:10am ET. Her 6 Silver 64GB has said 9/17-9/18 ship since that morning. Both ordered through main ATT website and conf. emails came from premier.
 
We should really be due another batch of tracking numbers any time now. Have there been many today? Yesterday there was a massive wave all at once.
 
iPhone 6 Plus 128GB in Space Gray

Been reading this forum since it started. I'm feeling everyone and I'm right along with everyone and your anxiety and frustration with the whole preorder, shipping dates status changes, etc.

It seems to me that many of the posters who have not received shipping confirmations are iPhone 6 Pluses with 16 or 64GB models in Space Gray. Some actually got theirs shipped.

How is it looking for you who ordered iPhone 6 Pluses in Space Gray with 128GB of storage?
 
It is possible our cards will not be charged until after the phones are delivered. If their terms are FOB Destination, they cannot recognize the revenue until the product has confirmed as delivered.
 
Just an FYI walked past the union square apple store and they are JUST now getting their shipments in... so if they're just getting them there is still great hope for us. i have pics ill load up in a second

As far as I know not a lot of pluses have been shipped today if any from att. I ordered 15min before pre orders went live. Got confirmation through premier shortly after that. My ship date has remained 10/2-10/13. Gold 64gb 6+. I'm in Pensacola, Florida and I'm first one in line at the biggest att store here. One more person is with me. Manager told me their stock is on the way now. And he does not know how many + they're getting. He said he hopes he's even getting some. He said they are not supposed to tell stock numbers but assured by this evening if they don't get any + he will tell me so I can leave. Worst case I still have my preorder. Really wanted it launch day since I already have 5 sold and I have to ship it soon.

I tweeted/DM'd her at 12.34pm she called me at 12.43pm if you reach out to them they get back to you, but they are spitting out the same bs you get when you call.
 
I'm trying to think if I'll be mad if my phone doesn't show tomorrow. The more I think about it the more I think I probably won't be mad, but I will very likely not preorder from ATT again but rather Apple; no matter how long it takes.

The story from early about the warehouse manager stating ATT messed up Premiere orders is ridiculous if true from a business standpoint.

Time: 11:45 pm 15 minutes early, confirmation email 11:49 pm.
Dates: 14-21 days then got an email 10/02/-10/13
one day later it changed to 10/13-10/23
currently 10/02-10/13 same pattern... received an email on 16th "for the most up to date information regarding the status blah blah.....
preorder button disappeared came back today as well as email "we are still expecting..... blah blah......

Called Att and asked what happened to first come first served he said "it Apples fault as Att send all order to Apple and they fulfill all orders as they would like to"
yea Apple saw that we were too early and decided to punish us for getting in too early ;-)

Then talked to another rep and she said "it is different if you order it on the regular Att website, than the Premier site, or even if you order over the phone,or at the store, dates will be different :0
I see a lot of Premier customers still waiting for tracking #s :confused:

That's exactly my point when I spoke to her, I ordered mine at 3.18am my friend ordered hers at 11am EST. She received her tracking number last night.

Laura told me on the phone that some of the earlier orders are messed up. Like I didn't receive my confirmation email until 4.58am that day which supposedly puts me in a different batch or something or other. It doesn't make sense. Because even if I am in a later batch (1.5 hours back lets say) I should still be ahead of someone that put in an order at 11AM...shouldn't I?

Haven't received any tracking info yet. Ordered mine around 12.35a PST, got confirmation email around 4.30a, and now am sitting on 10/2-10/13

So weird... I posted this earlier. My sister and I ordered space gray 65 gb + as soon as the pre orders went live. Hers Verizon, mine att. She's been tracking all week and I am pending shipment. I don't think it's an issue with the model. I can't see any good reason why I won't get my phone tomorrow, as unlikely as it seems right now.

got an e-mail from att about a change in my plan but still no tracking number :(
i ordered mine at 12:40 am on 9/12. used to say 10/13 - 10/22.
now it says 10/2-10/13! aaah this is driving me nuts!

im so jealous of everyone who got their tracking numbers already :/

I already called four stores around my area, as of right now they lines are over 10+ people long and no +'s at the moment. The limited stock they are getting will be going to the pre-order pick ups
