After my Twitter war I spoke to Laura who handles the AT&T premier/business Twitter account. And apparently AT&T completely mishandled the premier orders according to Laura the dates on our emails are the dates we are receiving our phones.
I told her that's impossible and completely unfair since people who ordered on their site at 11AM are getting their phones before their premier customers! She said she knows it's messed up and she apologies for the inconvenience!
So furious!
