Premier member here too, iP6+ 64gb SG, changed from the 11/9-11/27 on Monday to 10/3-10/12 and nothing since then.. FedEx delivery manager nothing, ups my choice nothing either and it's obviously not coming through USPS.. Ordered 12:46am PST which was really the only time since 12 I could get the order through.. Not really holding my hopes up anymore at least for tomorrow.. well see what happens over the weekend..

That makes 3 of us. Exact same situation for me.

Wait, so each store is going to get +/- 200 total Plus units?? If so, that's a lot more than I was expecting. So maybe like 20 or so of each configuration... but I'm guessing certain color/size combos will easier to come by.

My plan is to get in an AT&T Store line by 3AM in a very small town. If they can even have a couple units of each Plus configuration I'll be ecstatic.

Honestly, I feel like 200 across all the stores in the area seems more likely... but hey if 200 per store is true, maybe I'll have to try my luck in line too.

I am with you. If you read up on last pre orders, a lot of people didn't get their shipping confirmations till the day of launch! I think we are a lllll good. Patience will win out!
 
Well after years of enjoying Premier status amaze me with launch day deliveries... I think this year we lose. The universe is balancing itself today... finally she's at peace.

I'm really just confused by the whole thing. I ordered before midnight so there can't have been more than a handful of people to have ordered before me. I got the "signed" contracts almost immediately so there was no lag in processing my order. I'm just holding onto hope that it'll be shipped late tonight/early tomorrow since I'm about 10 minutes from Ontario. Otherwise I have to think they got like zero 128gb SG 6+ phones. Which would make it pointless to even line up at the AT&T store.
 
I got an order status update email from AT&T @ 10:30 AM today. Said 10/2 was still expected.

:eek: What i don't get is...what's the point of taking pre order's from people if you don't have enough product to cover for launch day. I just don't understand it. When I think of pre order. I think of being able to be one of the first to receive that product. Not wait 2-4 weeks later for it. If that's the case, what's the point of pre ordering ? By the way I put my order in at 3:46 est. 1- iphone 6 16g which has shipped already and two + 64gb silver and gold. Got a 10/2-10/13 date for those.
 
So I decided to cancel my Plus 64GB Space Gray preorder, if I would have got it tomorrow I likely would have kept it but I'm trying to work on a "do I need it?" mentality with things lately and decided my current iPhone5 I've had for 2 years is just dandy. Sure I won't be able to experience the Apple Pay right now but will I even ever use it? Probably once to say "neat" then never again. I won't experience slow mo video capture but would I ever use it? Again, probably once or twice then never again. Do I need the larger screen? It would be nice but for what I do with my phone it's not necessary to me. I'll also save $850 for a while :) Hopefully this helps 1 person get their phone a little sooner, have fun everybody!

Good luck, it is more of a vanity thing but eventually you'll make the jump!
 
What I don't get is why ATT is still telling people to preorder. Why don't you stop preorders after so many days then fulfill those orders rather than keep taking them and making the queue longer.
 
I ordered my 16gb + sg at 2:44am est through the att website, got confirmation right away about the order and got the email this morning 4:08am about the 10/2 - 10/13 delivery date. There is no way it is first come first serve.
 
I have a feeling this is because they are pulling in store inventory to fulfill our pre orders. They didn't expect so many + orders. This is a good sign for us.

I think most of us have known this for some time. The 6 + are extremely limited, and it appears the 128GB version is even more of a rarity, as allot of people who ordered 64GB versions have received shipment confirmations.


Myself, I have no problem waiting, as my shipping date hasn't budged from my initial order confirmation.

They are still telling me in 14-21 business days it will ship. Thats the estimate I got a week ago when I first ordered it. Some other CSR said I won't get my phone til November. Another one couldn't find my order in the system. What a nightmare. Yet, no one can help me, not one person I've talked to can explain why my order isn't showing up in there website. Is there another phone # or email for AT&T that will result in better help than the worthless reps have given me?

I had mentioned this very same thing. At the very least stop taking pre-orders. I understand it's a business and their in it to make money, but they're milking this for all it's worth. We already have shipping estimates stretching all the way to Thanksgiving, given it's not accurate but still.

Did you receive a confirmation? Were you charged? If neither happened, then I'd be concerned.
 
I am trying my hardest to believe it is going to come tomorrow. In fact my wife is even planning to stay home from work just in case they come because we have had a problem with package theft recently in our area.... (I use UPS My choice, so they leave packages without signatures)

But that being said, ATT has really dropped the ball on the logisitics here. I have several friends who ordered with Verizon (Same phone as myself and other models) that already have confirmed tracking for tomorrow.

Back to waiting........
 
My order is shipped

FWIW, I ordered a 6+ (128 gig) at about 3:45AM on the 12th. From the beginning I was given a date of 10/13-10/22. Got a text yesterday confirming shipping. Tracking the FedEx shipment shows it is in Newark, NJ right now. That's very close to me.

I just wish I had know I would get it so soon. I never bothered to order any kind of case. In desperation I ordered some crappy thing from Amazon. I also ordered the Apple Leather case but that won't be here till the end of next week.

I've been monitoring this thread and just thought I would add my experience to the mix.
 
Like others have said, it just isn't good business to promise a product at a certain date knowing it will have a high demand and not being able to fulfill orders that were placed within an hour or 2 of availability.

And that's apple dropping the ball. If they knew there was a supply issue with the 6+ they shouldn't have rushed it to launch with the 6 and wait until more units were made. That just causes customers like us to be upset and even though att has a crappy order tracking system, I'm sure they would send out our phones if they had them available..
 
I ordered a 6+ 64GB around 3:12 am on ATT's site and have had the expected ship dat move from late Oct to 10-2 to 10-13. It has been the same for the last tow days on both the Premier site and ATT. But recently, the date is now removed from the ATT site tracking. It also has pending shipment rather than pre-order processing.

Hmmm?
 
Got the dreaded order status email 30 min ago stating 10/13-10/31 delivery (same since ordered in store 11:30amET 9/12). Went to myATT to check order status and it now says "shipped" (YAY!) but no tracking number (BOO!). Went onto chat, and agent said since I ordered in store and did ship-to-store, no tracking number will show up, but my iPhone 6 64GB SG will be available for pickup in store tomorrow. Don't know if I believe her, but here's hoping so.


found this in the att preorder thread. hopefully its a great sign because i received that email this morning but ionitally ordered my phone 2:50 est on the 12th
