If that's the case,which I doubt,its the same as Costco told me on Monday. I am referring to a company store and not a authorized outlet.

I tried calling this number and it says my order is being processed, but my att.com status says preparing to ship. Is this normal? When I call the premier number, it just says my order has been received?

I order mine at 2:40am EST I had to be one of the first. I somehow was able to get through before 3AM. My Confirmation emails are 2:43am & 3:06am

Premier seems to be slower updating, 1 person had a shipped but it was for a 128gb 6+ and that thread sees very little updating

Hilarious! Got my tracking number this morning. Shipping via FedEx. 9/19 delivery but the funny part is it's been in transit since Monday according to Fedex.
I ordered silver 64gb 6 at 2:50 on the 12th. Received an email the 13th there was a CC issue so I called and updated/made sure the card was right. Received another email on the 14th there was again, trouble with the CC. I knew this couldn't be the case on my end. I made sure any ATT charges would be made valid so it had to be something in the ATT system that had gone wrong. Anyway, called ATT and had them run the card with me on the phone. They did and said they had to create a new order #. I asked if this would change my order date and was told NO, when I placed the original order a phone was held in place for me. Who knows!
As I've said. Don't fret folks. This happens every pre order. Mayhem! Phones will arrive!

Mine was quoted to ship September 23rd to October 4th also. I also got a 16gb gold! Mine hasn't shipped yet. When did you status say shipped? I also ordered mine on the 15th though..

Has anyone received tracking who ordered thru a premier account? I just spoke to premier support (which is practically worthless compared to the regular support agent I spoke to first who was awesome) and they are saying they (premier specifically) have no phones to ship. My order was placed before the presale completed and I had my confirmation at 4 mins after presale started. No tracking no info and and I have been pending shipment since the 12th with no change. Iphone 6+ 16gb SG 10/2-10/13. The 866-877# do not find my order. I am assuming that's because its a premier order.

review your order through the myatt login not the premier and see if it says shipped
It's been a long time since I've done it, but I think I just registered my phone number for the wireless account on the regular site. Don't remember if I did that before I realized we had access to the Premier side through work or not though...
Even more hilarious.Mine shows a ship date of Sep 12! Not order date,ship date. Gotta love 'em.
When I attempt to check through My Orders via myATT it states "No orders found for your account" but the Premier Order Status works.
Is there is another page to check directly on my order besides logging in or via Premier order status? The phone doesn't recognize my order # either.

Same here on both my orders, ordered about 15 and 18 minutes after pre order started, both 64 gb iphone 6 golds. No updates other than premier page says Preorder Processing

Att.com says order in progress not yet shipped.
Was able to log into myatt. Status there is preparing to ship instead of pending. Still 10/2 - 10/13/ Hmm. Thanks.
