AT&T Pre-order status

Call 1 (877) 782-8870. Mine also shows shipped with no tracking but i found it by calling.

Called this when my order still says pending online. It told me my order has shipped with a tracking number! Everyone should try that number if the website is not updating.

Those were my original order days 10/2 - 10/13, but today I logged onto my order status at AT&T and found that it was shipped Monday! iPhone 6 Plus, gold, 64gb. I checked FedEx and see that it'll be delivered sometime Friday, Launch Day! Woohoo!
Called up a service rep at AT&T to confirm and they told me that a lot of people cancelled orders...so that moved me up in the queue! Great for me, i was expecting to get my iPhone Plus well into October.

Now I gotta hunt for a new case. Not sure if any are available yet though. I wonder if i can go to an Apple Store and trade in my iPhone 5 for an Apple gift card? Can i do that?

Bitter much. Hope ATT pays you well...The reason I said I would go to Verizon is because of the additional incentives they are offering me. I am under no obligation to stay with ATT. In fact, I can entirely forego an IPhone and use another device. Their piss poor customer service and systems are what's at fault here... and before you spout some BS hate mongering.. I work in Telecom and AT&T has some of the most archaic systems.

I have both Verizon and ATT service. They are both one and the same these days.

Verizon's systems messed up my iphone 5S gold model last year and I didn't get it until October 6-10th 2013 or sometime around than last year as well. And originally it said I would get it launched date. Their systems were screwy as well. It was a moving date with Verizon.

Same here on both my orders, ordered about 15 and 18 minutes after pre order started, both 64 gb iphone 6 golds. No updates other than premier page says Preorder Processing
Expected Ship Date: 09/17/2014 To 09/18/2014

Att.com says order in progress not yet shipped.

Checked again on att.com and it says preparing to ship for one number.

I order mine at 2:40am EST I had to be one of the first. I somehow was able to get through before 3AM. My Confirmation emails are 2:43am & 3:06am

Same exact thing as me. 6+ 64gb grey ordered 10 minutes before actual pre-order time. 10/2-10/13 ship dates for me. No shipping info yet.

I ordered it at 1:52am (CST) on the 12th and got an 10/2/14-10/13/14 shipping dates and i see some of you got an shipped notice for the 6+ while im awaiting for mine to change for my I6+ as well. This better change by tonight or tomorrow.

For those getting shipping updates or changes to your shipment dates, did anyone order in the store on 9/12? I ordered in store and my iPhone 6, 64g SG is showing shipping date of 10/13-10/31 and has not changed at all.

Ordered 9/12 at around 2 PM ET in store. iPhone 6, Space Gray 64 gb. shipping date hasn't changed from 10/13-10/31. 877 number says it's backordered. charge still pending on the card used to purchase it.

Not true.Several of us saw the update on AT&T site update at 215am and posted it.
Just happy its on the way.

All AT&T sites I checked didn't update for ME till after 9 am

Ordered around 5pm on the 12th.

Status had always showed preparing to ship with a date of September 23rd to Oct. 4th.....I think.

Neither one of mine show shipped.

Mine- 64GB iPhone 6 SG, ordered arond 4:45PM Sep12, shows shipping between Oct 13-31.

My husband and I ordered our 6 + (two) through AT&T a few minutes before 3 AM. The shipping dates were Oct 2 - Oct 13. Mine now says shipped and will arrive on the 19th. His is still saying his phone has not shipped and same ship date. Poor guy :/

On the full site I didn't get the tracking number, but got it when i accessed it on the mobile site with my iPhone.

Same here. Confirmation email at 1:59 Central, but nothing yet. It seems that the only tracking numbers are for shipments out of the Fedex Fort Worth hub. Perhaps the others are forthcoming?

I ordered three phones 2 to 2.5 hours after pre orders started. all of them are 64GB 6's in each color. 2 are shipped with tracking numbers. 1 is still pending. They put a hold on that 1 thats pending for fraud but I reprocessed with a different card on 9/14 and my shipping date went from the initial 9/23-10/2 to 9/17-9/18. Hopefully it'll ship by tomorrow. Safe to say if you don't get tracking info by TOMORROW you probably won't get it on Friday. But theres still hope

Hi everyone. I ordered the 6 plus and my order days ship date is in October. I've checked fedex and ups and no tracking number. I doubt I'm going to get it on Friday. So my question is if I got to an att store to try to get it on Friday and I cancel my online order in the store once I know I'm guaranteed a phone will the cancellation be immediate and allow the upgrade in store
