My Premier-ordered 16 GB Space Gray 6 shipped on Monday via FedEx and is sitting in Fort Worth, Texas right now. I didn't receive an email about shipment, but the tracking number is available on the My Orders part of the AT&T site. The estimated delivery is Friday by 3PM.

What's the status on premier site? Mine still shows pending but on the regular site it shows shipped with a tracking number......
 
HEADS UP! Just called UPS and I guess they're getting slammed with IP6 questions. So they have an automated recording letting you know they've been instructed not to deliver early and deliveries can occur after 7pm Friday.

Switched mine to PICK UP!
 
I've been lurking here for years, and following this thread since I ordered my SG 6+ 64 GB. I decided to register and throw in my experience for all you fellow geeks. When I ordered it at 2:06 AM CDT on 9/12, I was given a shipment window of 14-21 business days. I got a confirmation email 50 minutes later that have me the 10/2-10/13 group and that is where it remained with the exception of a small period on Sunday when it showed back ordered. Just checked it for the umpteenth time today and status was changed to shipped with a FedEx tracking number. FedEx shows 3:00PM delivery on Friday. I was prepared to wait until October but I'm pretty happy, to say the least.

So you can have them held for pick up on Friday? Would they hold it at the closest UPS Shipping Center? I am in Boston, MA.
 
In the past (e.g. iPhone 5) AT&T used both FedEx and UPS. FedEx shipping info. showed up on Wednesday.

Just saying that for those who have "Preparing to ship" status today and nothing showing up on UPS MyChoice may be getting theirs FedEx with shipping info. showing up tomorrow (Wednesday).

I'm having it shipped to my work address so I don't expect I'll get the MyChoice notification even if it goes UPS.

Still shows Preorder Processing, expected ship date 9/17-9/18.

Great! I just this minute rechecked mine and...it says "shipped" and it gave me a FedEx tracking number and said it was shipped on the 16th and will be overnighted tomorrow out of Ft Worth and arrive by 3:00 pm on FridayI had ordered in my local AT&T store on the 12th at 11:00 am. So I guess the 866 number was right after all and the 877 number not so much:eek: originally my shipping date was 09/23-10/02. Of course I already downloaded the IOS8 on my old iPhone 5c but .....:D and by the way I ordered the iPhone 6 (64) Gold fyi

Ordered thru att with fan discount at 2:53am pacific time. Showed ship date of 10/13-10/31 until Saturday then updated to 09/17-09/18 on Monday. Got fedEx tracking today with delivery 09/19 by 8pm.

I'll only comment for my situation, but typically my UPS driver gets to my place at 7pm which sucks. And my local UPS pick up center is < 5 miles. I'm already off work on Friday, and they open at 8am, so I picking it up makes since for me.

I pay: $70.30 (with tax)

Now that my iPhone is shipping:

ATT sends me a message that my bill will be increasing by $15 a month!

$85+ (with tax)

I will no longer receive the "mobile share discount"

WHAT BS. I'm going to return my phone and goto Verizon

Gotcha. I mean if they happen to deliver it late Friday, that's actually fine by me. I'll be home by 6:30pm and my wife is home with our son for the day so someone will be able to sign for it! :-D
 
Didn't read the prior posts. Have the 6+ from Att shipped from FT. Worth Tx? or they getting dropped shipped from china?

You're giving me hope that I may receive some good news yet. (Space gray 128GB 6 Plus ordered at 11:57pm 9/11; been stuck at 10/2-10/13 the whole time.) Come on, ATT! :)

I am in the exact same situation. Ordered a 128 Space Gray 6+ at 11:55pm 9/11 and have been sitting at preparing ever since. Why?

For those of you who are not through premiere, does your order number start with your phone number? (I suppose, it would be those that are upgrading their current lines with AT&T.)


Okay, ANYONE who has an order number that starts with their phone number...ANYONE? How did you order? And if so, did you get tracking? They're saying they can't even find our orders. WOMP.
 
What the hell is wrong with the 866 number I checked my wife phone and it said shipped.
Then I hung up called back and check my order and every time I enter my number it just make a noise then Go's blank.
 
My Situation:

iPhone 6+ 64GB order placed 9/11 11:55PM

Confirmation email received 11:59PM

Original shipment dates: 10/13-10/24

Then way briefly on "backordered"

Now on: 10/2-10/13

No updates calling any number, order status, or any email.

You only get the mobile share discount if you use ATT next or if you by the full unsubsidized price of the phone. This is how they afford to give you the phone at a cheaper price, by taking away any discounts.

On our family share plan we get $25 off per line for using ATT next. So it really doesn't make any sense to by a phone on contract for $299 + $40 upgrade fee and still have $25 added to our bill for each line we upgrade, when we could keep the $25 discount an have $31.25 added to it with $0 down for the phone and NO upgrade fee.

I've looked into Verizon, and they are just as expensive, and in many circumstances more expensive than AT&T.
