AT&T Pre-order status

6+ Space Grey 64 GB ordered 8:30AM Sept 12

the link from my email says 10/13-10/22
my AT&T account lists the order but no data
the 877 number says it is back ordered
the 866 number says it is shipped.

Four different information sources, four different answers.

I6 64/gray ordered thru Premier on att site at 3:29 EST. on 9/12
fedex tracking number received 8:00a.m. today showing on ATT site but not Fedex.

delivery scheduled for Fri 9/19

So I called the 866 number and got the confirmation the order shipped. So I thought I'd speak with someone to get a tracking number. The person then said they can't see Premier orders and that they would transfer me to Premier. I got to Premier and they basically told me my order was complete and that I would get in 14-21 business days. I said, so there is a tracking number. She said no, but I'll receive it soon once it's left the warehouse and then I should expect it in 14-21 days after that. :rolleyes:
 
order status updated - shipped today and Fedex shows it in Ft Worth Texas.

AT&T 6 gold 64gb

What I understand is that the carriers get a far more limited stock than Apple sells directly initially (especially on the 6 Plus). Clearly if I ordered within the first few minutes of presale and my wait was 6 weeks then Apple has manipulated their direct sales to have more stock available or downstream access to newly produced phones.....can't be a coincidence.
 
Sorry but what is the 866 number I can call? And I know no one knows for sure but when is time to throw in the towel and figure it's not coming release day? Ordered at 3:07 am EST 128 gig 6 plus and still says waiting for shipment. I mean if it ships Thursday night is that the latest to still get sometime Friday?
 
Seems like my 6 Plus preorder moved up from shipping sometime in November to the first 2 weeks in October.

Also, my wife's have moved up from sometime in October to shipping estimate of today or tomorrow, so she should get hers on time like the website told me when I pre-ordered it.

Edit: My wife's phone now says shipped with a FedEx tracking number.

I just called and mine also is back ordered

64GB 6+ silver shipping date 10/2-10/13 I ordered the phone 11:59pm PST
 
Does anyone with shipping date of 9/17 - 19/18 still haven't received a tracking number? That is my case and it's annoying bc the rest of my family have tracking numbers except for me :mad:
 
Just got a text from AT&T and checked the order status. Mine, 6+ 64Gb Gold, will be here on Friday. According to FedEx it shipped on Monday out of Fort Worth. Earlier today I had checked the AT&T order status and it showed a ship date of 10/3 to 10/12. I ordered mine about 3:05a Eastern.

Me. My wife's phine just updated with tracking info and FedEx has has it since the 15th. Guess it just takes time to enter all the info. But mine still says processing :(

How did you check the order status? I ordered at about 11:57pm PST, however have not gotten any updates.
 
Confirmation Text?

Does it mean my iPhone will come sooner if I got the text from ATT about it at the warehouse? I ordered my gold 16gb iPhone 6 on 9/15. Am I stupid for hoping for it to come on Friday?

me. Miami. space grey 6. 128gb. still saying preparing to ship. thank god for my Xbox. I'm off today and if I had nothin to do, id go crazy reading this thread lol

Why in the heck can't I customize my delivery?!?! Why is the button grayed out?

Anybody who ordered iphone 6plus 128gb get a tracking number I've only seen 64gb with tracking numbers
