Well that's most likely the date you'll be getting the phone you ordered. The 6+ is back ordered until then. I myself preordered the 64GB model but am going to the AT&T store in the am, have my preorder canceled and get the regular 6 64GB model since i'm without a phone. I think i can do without the huge screen size although it looks gorgeous! I've been on this forum for the past 2 days and decided to say screw it haha

It's very easy to cancel in store. If not, all you need to do is pick up an extra phone at full price, "return" it and then repo it as an upgrade. You can activate any phone once you have a plan. You aren't married to the one that comes in the mail, and if you return an unopened box to ATT (from ATT), they won't give a crap if it's a different serial #.
Worst case scenario, you end up with one you can return at no cost, or immediately flip for profit.

I actually have a 6+ being delivered to me in Chicago, today (Friday). Due to an unforeseen event, however, I had to skip town to my Podunk hometown. Fortunately, it's the kind of place where I can show up at ATT at open and be the only one there. Checked with the manager and while he couldn't say how many pluses, confirmed I would be "fine". I plan and buying it as a free option.
I've only been lurking since this afternoon. Still waiting for a tracking number. Still saying preparing to ship. I did call the premier customer service and the lady I talked to said that it would be sooner than the 2nd but that's all she could tell me. #
That's what I posted earlier this morning... My friend manages a corporate store and said as of this morning they had 70 iPhone 6 and no 6 plus! He didn't sound too optimistic either they would be getting any.

I was told "your phone says 14-21 days, so expect it before the 14th day" That's next Friday. I would have gotten gold if I knew Space Gray was this popular. I ordered at 2:46 EST smh. Early and i'm still not up for shipment.
Everyone should go check out Sprint's (SPRINT FOR GOD SAKES) forum. EVERYONE IS getting tracking numbers for iPhone 6 PLUSES. It's sad. It makes me so so sad and ANGRY. I HATE U ATT!

I got the silver one. I ordered at 12:30am pacific time. She told me since the east coast got to order first that that's part of why mines delayed.
Well it's a phone so just wait and see! It will be more fun to read the comments when people get phones with dead pixels or bugs in them! I know it's not funny, well sorta is lol, but here we all are waiting and waiting and there is always something wrong once in awhile with the first batch and forum opens with people screaming about quality control lol!

I'm pretty sure everyone was able to preorder at the same time minus the cheaters that ordered up to 20 minutes early no matter where you were it just depended on your time zone so east coast would be 3:01 am that it started as opposed to the west coast which started at 12:01 so same time
Not at all. I don't often store videos or music on my device - just photos/videos i've taken, some game apps/puzzles, and anything I use for work/school. I listen to my music library through Google Music or Pandora, video with youtube, and if I travel for an extensive amount of time I have my iPad or laptop.
I've never reached a point where my 16gbs were not enough.
They are going by when it was processed. It's a terrible situation. The site went live at 2:39am EST. The prices kept disappearing and reappearing. Any of the 800 numbers giving you any info?
Well ios 8 takes up 8 memory units so it's technically only an 8 memory unit phone
