Why the hell did I even bother ordering the 16GB when they are shipping all the 64 and 128 GB FIRST!!!!!!!! I should have had mine on launch day! I ordered on 9/12 at 12:01 a.m. and I still have 10/2 - 10/13 ship date. No budging.

Premier ordered at 1:40 AM MST with 10/2-10/13 ship dates still sitting there...

Annoying! Went to the Best Buy store to get a feel for them at least.
 
Still waiting on my silver Iphone 6 plus 128gb...ordered 9/12 at 2:22am cst. Any premier guys get theirs yet or shipping info?

Yes I am positive. I just talked to a guy at the century city mall here in Los Angeles and he flat out said yes. Maybe that specialist thinks you mean for ordering online as you can't request a pick up in store with next. but the average Joe who gets their hands on the iPhone they want, can use att next to upgrade.
 
I am glad for all of you who are getting theirs this week who are in times around when I ordered (and after) -- 2:10 CST or 12:10 PST. But I still have to wait for mine (128 GB Space Gray 6 Plus) stuck forever since last sunday inthe 10/2-10-13 timewarp. My problem is I got it ordered but my dam banks security or something did not verify the charge of $1 and $59 for tax til 9 AM next business day. I know they get weird about things at 2 AM in morning. So did not even have a date til 10 AM on the 12th. That undoutedly delayed my processing in whatever que exists and I probably am more in line with those during day.

Other problem in central Illinois no Apple Store close, I cannot run 2 hours up road to Chicago and hope they have one. So will leave my order and look forward to next month. I really do not expect it this week, I was just too much later in processing due to my banks security setup on nighttime charges.
 
Well I called that 877 number, it said back ordered. Why don't they just say that on the status page instead of "preparing to ship"?

64gb SG 6+ 2:15 AM CST premier... no update... still shows the 10/2+ shipping time frame... I actually tried canceling my order today since I leave for a 7 week business trip and will be in a hotel in 2 weeks, they won't even let me cancel it.

I'll never order through AT&T again...

going to assume your not if you don't know. From my understanding you have to get it through a work or business or something. Never heard of it until recently.

Yes mine for example came from my job at the University of Illinois here in Champgaign and Urbana IL. We got discounts as well -- mine is 18% off my bill basically pays for my grandfathered unlimited data, another reason I stay with AT&T

Not sure why ATT has all these numbers, but this one gives what might be a truer result (defined as more closely matching a web status page).

Yeah, I'd heard others at the ATT forum post about that same experience.

What's more interesting is that the CSR supervisor that I spoke with today seemed to indicate that our orders were still cancelable, at least until they get to a certain point -- all assuming we could find our desired configuration somewhere else.

Of course, at least here in metro Atlanta, Best Buy won't even quote available inventory over the phone, and ATT stores would likely take all day to call each one up to confirm inventory.

At least those of us with preorders are actually in line to receive one, at some point.

I've had multiple chats with AT&T online support and calls. They've all said I'll receive my phone in that 14-21 day window. I think something is wrong with the time of order and when I was charged and they're just giving me that answer because it's easy. I haven't seen anyone with this problem...any thoughts?
 
I forgot to post here. I went to the att store, they couldn't cancel my premiere order at all, AND they couldn't do an upgrade swap. I walked out pissed cause I had waited so long in line. I had been up 24 hours

Long story short: I went home, went to sleep a few hours. Woke up to a ship email at 3:31pm pst and it's being delivered Monday. I ordered with premiere. This is for the 6 64gb. After seeing the Plus, I really wanted it and could've gotten it yesterday but they couldn't cancel my order. It was also stuck in preparing to ship for a week so it was a bit unbelievable it would've shipped yesterday, but it did. Don't lose hope. I think most people will be receiving their 6's at least this week.

Also : I don't think the system is nearly as bogged down. My ATT email got sent a minute before the fedex showed as picked up the 19th. It was pretty instant.

I'd double-check the pending charge next week. In theory, it's likely a pre-auth charge that will drop in ~3 days.

Depending on what you've signed up for as a plan, ATT isn't charging for the device until inventory is available for your pre-order.

Example: Our Next pre-orders at 2:55am and 2:59am ET 9/12 for 6+ 128 SG had pending charges for sales tax, but were then dropped, as we're still waiting for shipment.
