Been on the phone for over an hour with 2 reps so far transferring me around to cancel my order. How hard can it be to cancel an order? Premiere seems to be all screwed up. Ordered on the 12th with still 10/13-31 date and my local stores have it in stock (iPhone 6 SG 64Gb) Ugh..

Here it is...believe it or not! Next to my size chart. I've been waiting like everyone else. I would not BS everyone here who has been screwed over by ATT.

6+ 128gb Space Grey. Ordered 2 phones on the 12th, and had confirmations back quickly. One at 11:54pm, the other (pictured) at 12:05am.
I got annoyed with having to enter all the numbers online so I called the toll free number and was activated in under 2 minutes. This was on the 19th about 5 pm.
so did you ever get any tracking, emails it was coming? I hope they do not do that to me, otherwise I am stuck home or have someone at home.
Got ship notice from ATT on Sat. the 20th at 3:30am. Was able to confirm delivery with Fedex by 9am on Sat.
Whew missed if you had said that, just wanted to make sure I would have a bit of notice when mine finally ships. There have been comments that a few didnot get any notice (or I misunderstood comments)

Hmm. I called the listed phone number for support and auto message says could take up to 4 hours. WTF.
I think we should all sign a petition that grants us free iPhones because we haven't received it yet.
I ordered mine this past friday (9/19), my eligibility did not open up till 10/12 and the only way I could get past that was to order through ATT directly.
Come saturday morning 9/20 I check my local apple store and they had all the 6 & 6+ models in stock, but I couldn't reserve one, so I know the frustration.
Hopefully by the time I get it, 7.0.3 or whatever is out and fixes some of the bugs that have popped up.

This is actually how I feel. I was just looking for an idea of what the timelines are looking like right now. I will order through AT&T as well. I bet they'll move the dates up soon. Thanks!

So I was told by AT&T that if I wanted to exchange my 6 for a 6+ within the 14 day period I would have to pay a restocking fee. Is that true?
who tried to cancel and there phone shipped doesn't matter which color or Gb? i need to know before i cancel
yes particularly after the post that preceeded it, but we have to get our humor, frustration out in whatever way works!
I'd really like to know for sure that they aren't sending them out giving you a tracking number.... I'm having mine sent to the AT&T store and just my luck they will get them and sell them to someone else.....
