JUST GOT TRACKING NUMBER!!!!! what a fiasco

I RECEIVED MY FIRST EMAIL AT 2:43AM AND THEN THE 10/2 TO 10/13 AT 3:06AM THEN RECEIVED THE TEXTS AT 9 AND 10 AM

THEN WAS BUMPED BACK TO 10/13 TO 10/22 AND THEN BACK TO 10/2 TO 10/13 NOW SHIPPED

Ordered iPhone 6 plus 128 GB Silver on 09/21/14. Expected ship date 10/30 - 11/10. New premier customer.
 
Only thing changed is the ATT.com site is down for my wireless service to check order that way. Only my premier page for order checking works currently?

I've been watching you all since it began and I have chosen to reveal myself now to impart this bit of CS experience upon all of you.....

....and bitch about not getting my 6+ SG 128gb ordered at 1207am PST on the 12th through my AT&T premiere account that has a 10/2-10/13 shipping date.

Take a look at this email i just received from Spigen whom i ordered a case from about 5 days ago and had yet to receive shipping confirmation or an order update.....

FOR CANCELLATION INQUIRIES:
Please be assured that we are currently sorting through all the cancellation requests. We are trying to process as many refunds as possible. If you have sent us an email, we will be getting back to them. In the case that your order ships out before we can cancel the shipment, you can always return it back to us by:
1) Marking the UNOPENED mail package as "Return to Sender" and the post office will send it back to us. We will issue a full refund on all orders that had previously submitted a cancellation request.
2) If you do open the package, you may need to pay for the return shipping back, but we will honor the full refund instead of the standard-return product refund.

This simple gesture went a LONG way with me, especially after the garbage customer service we've all received from AT&T during this pre-order debacle. I've yet to receive another email from AT&T since my initial confirmation order at 3:57am CST on the 12th and 2 text messages the next day. It's unacceptable and if i thought i had a better choice out there for a wireless carrier that was worth switching to, I would. Thoughts?

I got the EXACT same email and I agree.. was really nice that they at least took time to keep us updated.

I ordered an hour after u. Hope mine is soon.
 
I ordered a 6+ SG 64GB at 3:15am est on 9/12. I am a Premier member. When I call 877-782-8870 it says my order is on backorder, but when I call 866-267-4510 it says my order shipped. It has been saying that since Sat night but I never received a shipping email and neither the att.com login nor the premier order status link from my email indicate the my phone shipped. Anyone else in this situation?
 
When I call 877 number I get backordered. When I call 866 number I put my order information in and it attempts to transfer me to the premier people. It's not automated. How are you guys getting automated?

Everytime I call its been automated. I use option 2 to enter my wireless number and zip code. I call it from my current att phone.
 
I honestly think, with the exception of Sprint since there is a bunch of those phones, that Apple took off in store pickup for any of the 6+...

The last two days none have been available for pickup anywhere.. even a store 9 hours away.

I think all Premier people that preordered are getting their phones now, and those who are not privileged enough to be Premier are just f*cked. I had 10/13-10/22 date since I preordered and nothing has changed.

That's what I do as well. I enter my wireless number and zipcode. It does the bleep bleep bloop noise and like 25 seconds later it says hold please while im transfered to a person.

Everytime I call its been automated. I use option 2 to enter my wireless number and zip code. I call it from my current att phone.

Still no phone...

Ordered through premier.

Ordered a 64 gb plus in SG at 2:15 CST using the NEXT payment option to ship to Kansas.
Ordered a second 64 gb plus SG at 2:30 CST, paid in full with a $200 discount to ship to Florida.

Early this morning the second phone (ordered 15 minutes after the fist) shows shipped and being delivered via Fedex tomorrow. The same exact phone ordered 15 minutes prior still shows pending with a 10/2-10/13 estimated ship date...

I've pre-ordered every year with AT&T (with the exception of the 5S since Apple didn't allow it) and I've never not gotten a launch day phone. This is definitely the last time I'll ever order with them again. Their 'first come first serve' is an absolute lie, they give us insane shipping dates just to be inaccurate when you know corporations this big know what their inventory will look like daily, and they do nothing to remedy it. Apple gives out free leather cases because their site went down for 3 hours, still gave people launch day phones who ordered on their site 3 hours after it was up. AT&T doesn't do a single thing to make anything right or even educate their employees as to what the hell is going on.
 
Premiere customer

I am a Premiere customer , I get my phone service free through my work all I have to do is buy my own phone. That is the only reason I put up with ATT.
I can't imagine why the ordinary customer would, but this will be the last time I go this route. Next time I will buy phone at full price from Apple if I don't switch to a droid, can't wait to see what the next Google Nexus is all about.
Ordered on 9/12 at 2 pm still have a ship date of 11/09 - 11/27 , so basically around Thanksgiving
6 + 64gb space gray That is what you get with "PREMIERE"
