Yup, my hubby and I ordered through ATT.com on 9/15 and he's getting his Space Gray 64GB iPhone 6 TOMORROW
(Washington state)...meanwhile, my Gold 128GB iPhone 6 Plus is looking like it won't arrive 'til Thanksgiving
Just got this shipment update from AT&T today:

Because the models we ordered are sold out everywhere and are very difficult to find in stores. We may get shipping notifications from AT&T before you can find a store (Apple or AT&T) with a 64GB Space Grey iPhone 6 plus. I will just tough it out.

What?!?!!! I ordered on 9/12! Same phone, GB and colors as your husband and have yet to have any updates on it. It's been "preparing to ship" since 9/12!! Ugh! Never again, At&t.
EDIT: Nevermind, I see he order the 6 and not the 6 plus.

Anyone local in San Diego pre-order a Gold 64gb 6 and would like a Gold 64gb 6 Plus instead? I'm contemplating switching to a 6, but don't want to deal with the rigamarole of it all if possible. I've had the Apple Leather Case in Midnight Blue on it as soon as I took off the protective plastic. Let me know if anyone is interested.
Agree it is frustrating to pre-order from AT&T.
Placed two orders through premier for identical iphone 6 128 GB space gray on 9/12. One at 7:50 AM Eastern, the other an hour later for my wife.
First order went through without a hitch and had my phone on launch day. Second phone on the premier website showed shipping estimates of 10/16-11/5. I was very confused as I knew the phone had not sold out in an hour.
It was not until I checked the order status on ATT.com that I found out why. They had an order date of 9/17, so for some reason the order was processed 5 days later. Of course AT&T customer service had no answers or solutions.
Was checking local Apple inventory Saturday night with plenty of iphone 6's to order, so cancelled AT&T pre-order and did personal pick-up. Got my wife her phone only 1.5 days later, not a month thankfully.
Good luck to those of you still waiting!

What..i ordered. a 16gb spce grey iphone 6 on the 13th and i still have no change in my order status
Ugh att is so frustrating!!! I've never had any problems with them I sent them and email laying it alllllll out and letting them know how disappointing this has been and this is all I get back:

Well looking at the UPS flight shipments of more iphones there are 6 going to Louisville KY right now and one to California. so more phones are coming in. I do not know if they are all apple or include ones for carriers I assume. so we may be getting more notifications tomorrow, those given what it takes to get to my place from Louisville would be Wed-Friday shipments I would guess? At least I am trying to have hope again ;-)

I actually received mine this morning at 9:33am. FedEx.

Those then have to fly to TX for AT&T right? (Assuming some of those are for AT&T). So... hopefully apple stores will get some more stock tomorrow in the East so we can cancel these damn preorders.
But... it looks like there is a crappp ton of phones heading into the states. 5 planes about to land in KY right now.. and tow more taking off in just a few hours for Alaska.

WOW I was actually complaining that my husband's receiving his on 9/23 even though we ordered at the same time LOL
got it?was planning on driving to an apple store tomorrow morning... but now that i think about it, if they didn't have stock today... would they tomorrow morning?

why dont you check apple store stock after 11pm using the app my co worker scored a plus the day after launch that way.
I see no reason to wait until November to get the 6+ and be tied to ATT!
Last year you could get the 5s unlocked with no contract in November.
