AT&T Pre-order status

Just wanted to also say that the premier site is still showing a ship date of November and has a blue cancel button. Other than the actual fedex email nothing from att is showing shipped. I haven't called the 877 number in a few hours maybe I'll try that and see if it says shipped there now as well. Basically what I'm saying is don't give up hope yet!

(877) 782-8870 is definitely the most accurate way to track your order. NONE of the websites are even showing that my order shipped but calling the number now says shipped instead of processing.

Just refreshed the att.com site and it says shipping by fedex today!!

No tracking number yet but says ship date of 9/24/2014.


Ordered 3:14am

6+ 64GB SG ATT PREMIER( by way of Long island university discount)
confirmation email 4:43am

Original ship date 10/31/11

changed to 10/22 and then finally last saturday to 10/2

went from backordered to processed last night at 8pm

Shipping status changed as of 3:06pm

Order number starting with 1014


will have my mother come over to my place and accept the package while I'm at work!!!!!


Theres defintely hope guys. I would say if you got the back ordered to processed your order will most likely ship within 24hours!!!!!!!!

FWIW I just tried the 877 #.

Exactly the same status as online- Ship date 10/2-10/13.

this was an order placed at 3:01 AM eastern on the 12th for a Space Gray 128GB 6 Plus.


On the bright side with the whole phone bends in your pocket thing this delay will make it more likely a good solid case is actually available before I get the phone :rolleyes:
 
Phone shipped

I just got a shippment notificiation from fedex.

iPhone 6 Plus, 64 gig, Space Grey. I am a Premier customer.

I ordered about 30 minutes after pre orders started, due to ATT site issues. I got a confirmation email at 5:46am Central.

My ship date has bounced around. The last ship date I had was 10/2-whatever everyone else has.

I got the fedex notifciation first. I went and logged into my ATT account on a desktop, and went to my orders, and found that it was marked shipped there.

Ther Premier site, that was linked to in that first confirmation email says "pending confirmation".

I have not received any emails or texts, but its only been 20 minutes since fedex informed me it shipped.

So keep the hope alive folks. If yours hasn't shipped yet, hopefully it ships soon and before your estimated date.
 
well the 877 number just gave me a different answer....

before it was BACKORDERED...

NOW I HAVE A SHIP DATE THAT MATCHES EVERYTHING ELSE
OCT 2-13TH ...smh :|

so you ordered a 64gb SG 6+ with an order number starting with 1014?

I ordered the same with an order number starting with 1012. Where is my phone?

My ship dates never changed from that number but it went from back ordered to processing (even with the November dates) to shipped. The website just now updated to shipped. It was about an hour behind in time.

Just a heads up I have fedex manager and I have the tracking number from att site now yet it DOES NOT SHOW UP in manager.......... so manager may not be the best identifier for some of you guys..........

I think at this point we all came to the conclusion that att is processing in a random order.......

I know the feeling. I had two friends order a few days later, had a November ship date.. theirs arrived yesterday. I'm still backordered when my order was in by 3:15 AM. :mad::mad:
 
Ordered maybe 10 minutes after midnight on preorder day. Estimated was November and was bumped to 10/2-10/13. Today around 11AM received notification and tracking number. It says it'll arrive tomorrow before 8PM. 64GB i6 + Space Gray.

Ordered: 9/12/2014 5:16 AM EST

6+ 64GB Gold ATT PREMIER

confirmation email: 8:13AM

Original ship date 11/13-11/27

changed to 10/13-10/22 last Saturday

Shipping email from att at 9/24/2014 3:36 pm

Shipping text message from att at 9/24/2014 4:09 pm

Order number starting with 1018

Yes, I'll never, ever pre-order from AT&T ever again.

Also, I'll always remember and hate 10/2 forever!
 
If you want to know when your order will ship, I suggest you pull out a 45 day calendar, close your eyes, spin around until you're ready to throw up and point. Whereever you land you are guaranteed to get your phone on that date*!

* or later, who the Hell knows

10/2-10/13 tracking from Day 1
877 # never recognized my order
No progress whatsoever, anywhere
Refreshed all day today, then around 3:30 PM I saw tracking info
No email/text/anything from AT&T

Finally shipped, though. I've received no correspondence from AT&T. Just keep refreshing that order page. (Premier page never changed, still has cancel button on it. Regular customer site is the one that showed me the tracking info).
 
AT&T Store

So I went to the At&t store to cancel my preorder for an iphone 64gb space gray and the manager came out of her office in the back to tell me its a bad idea. she said to ignore the shipping dates (mine is 11/9-11/27). She said because I ordered it at 12:09pm est on 9/12 Im going to get my phone easily before the estimated dates. she said a guy whos shipping dates was in mid october got his on monday the 22nd so theres hope. :apple:

Did it say order processing before the dates? If so you will get shipping info within a day.
 
i Cant belive it i just got my tracking and it should be here by tomorow ;)

Ordered on 9/11/2014 10min early (none premier)
Original Shipping Date 10/2-10/13 been on preparing/pending since 9/12

The 866 and 877 number both say preparing and att site still says the same, but i went on this link https://www.att.com/order_status/order_status_results.jsp and theres my tracking coming via fedex
