Just wanted to also say that the premier site is still showing a ship date of November and has a blue cancel button. Other than the actual fedex email nothing from att is showing shipped. I haven't called the 877 number in a few hours maybe I'll try that and see if it says shipped there now as well. Basically what I'm saying is don't give up hope yet!

(877) 782-8870 is definitely the most accurate way to track your order. NONE of the websites are even showing that my order shipped but calling the number now says shipped instead of processing.
