i just called the 877 number and got a prompt that they were unable to locate my order. Has anyone else gotten this?
 
877 was telling me backordered until yesterday evening when it said it was being processed and expected to be shipped between oct.31 and nov. 11.....woke up this morning, headed into work and checked my order status which now says SHIPPED. So you should be good!

wow this gives me hope...i'm in same bucket with 10/31-11/11...
 
My status just changed to shipped!! Estimated delivery is by 3 PM on Monday.

My order went from "backordered" to "is being processed" at about 12:45 PM yesterday. So shipping details came about 20 hours after this change.

Shipping stuck in Initiated???

I ordered my 6+ at about 3:40am eastern time on launch day.

I got the email notifying me of shipment yesterday morning around 10am... with a delivery date of today (9/26) by 8pm. The shipment was initiated in Memphis, TN at 3:41am on (9/25).


Anyways, there have been NO UPDATES since!
I keep refreshing the tracking page from FedEx, and it still says the status is "Initiated" but still has the estimated delivery date of today.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Should I still expect my phone today?
 
Received an e-mail from AT&T this morning saying "Great news! Your order XXXXX is on the way" and that they wanted me to trade in my old iPhone. Turns out it was referring to my mom's 6 that she received on launch day, not my 6+. Guhhh AT&T, you tease.

Ordered a SG 128 6 plus at 2:52 EST. Eight minutes BEFORE preorders were supposed to go up, which alone shows how messed up their system is. Been stuck at the 10/2 - 10/13 estimated shipping time, same as everyone who's already getting their phones and ordered after me.

Not a premier member, as if it should even matter (just because they get a discount, doesn't mean they should get preferential treatment in regards to when their phone ships). I've called the customer service a hundred times with nobody able to help.

When I call the 877 number it gives me two different order numbers, neither of which are the order number I have when checking the status on the website. I swear this is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.
 
I had the joy of waking up to an email that said shipped...only its dated from last year.... And was for my iPhone 5s.

Going to debate calling att to cancel my order and my service with them.

I've now lost money on my resale of this phone as well.

This is just a mess

I ordered 6+ gold 128 gb on 9/12 at 5.30 am , last update was 10/2-10/13 yesterday . I just received an email saying it will be delivered on Monday .

Premier....Ordered on ATT site on the 12th @ 3:45a....the east coast. Confirmation about 4 hrs later.
Got an email close to 10p that there was a CC issue. Solved that by using the automated service and got a confirmation email again on the 13th. On ATT order page it showed my order for the 13th and a Nov 9-27th date. That changed earlier this week to 10/2-13. Had two holds on my card totaling almost $600.... That dropped of a few days later. I called the 877 number everyday! Lol
It changed from saying back ordered to processing yesterday afternoon.
Got tracking a few hours ago!
 
Long time lurker, but was so excited mine shipped this morning! I was quite jaded at first since it took a day for ATT to process my order...I guess this is redemption.
9/12 11:20am - 'Premier e-mail' your order has been reserved
but then I didn't get my confirmation text from ATT until:
9/13 08:21am "Congrats" text your order has been processed from ATT.

Sadly it arrives Monday, but I'll take it!
 
I just do not get the way AT&T is doing this. I ordered a 64gb 6 Plus SG on 9/12. i received confirmation email at 8.25 am on 9/12. My order has been stuck ever since then with a shipping EST of 10/31-11/7 Yet others are getting theirs( same set up as mine) and they ordered in a store on the 14th or 17th. I am going to wait until next week. If nothing happens then I am cancelling Plus I could order again and get a quicker shipping time. Makes no logical sense!!!
 
One more from the Oct 30-Nov 11 estimated ship date is in the mail.
Fed Ex delivering to Kauai on Monday by 5pm.

Ordered at about 5am Kauai time on the 12th (forgot to order the night before at 9pm).

The exciting thing is that I am actually on a plane for New York at 7:30 that night! I was considering cancelling that order to do an in store pickup at Apple.

I have 2 orders, one with a 10/2 date and one with a 10/13 that have not moved. I am not premier. Like you I am seeing others who ordered way after me, getting theirs sooner. I wish AT&T had made it clear that there were 2 lines..
