Not that I know of....though she deserves it! She is taming her streaming to see if we can get three consecutive months of under 15GB, then I may consider switching to save a bit. Four on plan..two of us unlimited, two not.
Know what I've noticed? How many 16g models have people actually received? I haven't seen many here or in the att forums. I think they're shipping out the more expensive phones first.. I don't think it has anything to do with being premier or not. Just my obs

My wife around 3gb as well Both unlimited and I've never had a problem when I've gone over 5gb in the past. And our plan is $40 cheaper a month than a comparable shared plan
But I have to ask, what kind of emergency would require you to use a lot of data?
Under NEXT, you lose your unlimited plan. I would have to get the 15GB shared data plan. Which would be cheaper than we pay now, but would lose the peace of mind of the unlimited.
no i did not... i just got a email statin the billing changes and that did not change at all. you may want to ask again if you can switch...the phones that have unlimited should be able to keep that plan
Well, another reason is that I don't want the phone costs on my billing statement. I expect my two adult children to pay for their phones....as it is they are supposed to pay for the data plans....and yet they seldom do....my fault I know. But having added phone charges on my statement is not something I want to see. Now I may be misinformed about this. If there was a separate statement for the "zero down, monthly 12/18 month plans" I'd maybe switch.
sheesh still no iPhone 6plus news for me. So, I went to the local Apple store to get my hands on one, as in just handling one. I am not sure now if I like either phone. I am sure it will take a day or two to get used to the new feel and look. Maybe next week lol... still sitting at 10.02-13.14 shipping dates.(ordered Sept 12 around 0258 us central time)
The phone will have two boxes in it. The first one will be your typical brown package box. Inside will be some paper, a return label, and the white Apple box.. they do not open it for you.
The picture on the front of that box is of an iPhone 5/5s. Are you sure there was an iPhone 6 in there?!

Plastic is still on box. Apple puts an att SIM card in it before it ever leaves the factory. Att attaches that SIM card to your account by scanning the imei number on the sealed iphone box. They also put a sticker on the plastic wrap saying your name and phone number in case you ordered multiple phones so you know who it goes to

I had to go to the apple store today to pick up my iMac repair and while I was there I played with the phones for a bit. All I can say is wow, they are amazing. Now it makes waiting so much harder. # On a positive note, I was thrilled with the size of the plus..not too big at all (and I'm a chick). I was surprised that there was a line out the door though..all people buying regular 6's.

Good question. I don't know. But the thing with emergencies is that you can't foresee them.

How in the heck? I am constantly surfing on my phone and rarely go over 1gb. Then again, I have wi-fi where I spend most of my day. Can't you get your daughter to use wi-fi?

Weird. I'm in West Virginia, but mine didn't come straight from Memphis, like most east coast people. It's shipping from (First bit of tracking, no original aka China scan) Fort Worth, Texas. Oh well.
First time posting in one of these threads. I was being patient because I ordered so late but wanted to give people a heads up or some hope maybe.
I ordered a SG 6plus 64gb sometime after noon on preorder day. I in no way expected to get my phone on launch day and was estimated 10/31-11/11. I did not see any changes since then.
Just this morning I got a text and email that my phone is being shipped "overnight" and I'll get it by Monday 3pm.

I feel the same! Some lucky folks here are getting there's so quick. I ordered 45 min after launch after Apple site wouldn't take my order 3 times. I keep hoping... It's just a phone, the mist kickass phone EVER!!!
Yes I just got a tracking number within the last 30 minutes for Monday delivery.
Hey! Been following this thread for a while (more like since it was only at ~50 replies) but I thought I'd chip in my story.
So basically my mother preordered for her, my dad, and I at around 12:30PM at our local AT&T store on the 12th, and ever since then all of our orders have been 'Pending Shipment'. My dad ordered the iPhone 6+ 128G SG, and both me and my mom ordered the iPhone 6+ 64G Gold. We've also had the 11/09-11/27 shipping dates ever since then. I explored a few other threads on various websites, including reddit, and found an email address to AT&T. Basically I emailed them and contacted the specialist, and they said we have a shipping date of Tuesday! Which is confusing! Because I've called the 877 number countless times and it has only said backordered and I have also been checking our order status and the dates stayed the same.
Have hope people! I was ready to give up had my nearest Apple Store had any phones in. Also, our order numbers begin with 16032.
EDIT: forgot to mention that as far as I know, we are premier. I dont think they're doing this in any specific order.
