Made an appointment today and was in and out pretty quick.
Referenced the promotion, they knew exactly what to do.
Shows the Fall2016 code, $0 credit.
However, I traded in a 6s plus and the receipt says 6 plus even though I see he keyed the IMEI right. I called and he said it's the same regardless.
Hope it doesn't make a difference.

No, the first credit in 3 months should be adjusted to $81.24 to catch up for the backlog.
Hello, I pre ordered the plus, received at the end of september but only activated and opened it October 5th. I technically have 14 days from date of activation to get in on the promo? What i'm trying to ask is, can I still get it done in the next two days
I also took advantage of the AT&T promotion and send in my iPhone 6 Plus. Based on the tracking information it arrived on 10/17 but the AT&T website still says not received. How long does it take for them to acknowledge that the phone arrived? Is there Trade-in hotline or email where I can contact AT&T specifically about trade-in questions?

What are you talking about? Your installment history still shows the same $32.05 (i7+/32) and $36.21 (i7+/128) well into 2017.
Haha. Maybe I goofed. I saw the credit on my account, and thought that meant they applied the credit for future months to be taken off when that month rolls around. I wonder what the credit is from then
I was just checking my data usage on the online account manager and noticed a credit for $43.34 and then dug deeper to find out what that was about and it was actually two credits of 21.67 which is the monthly payment on the 30mo NEXT plan. So it looks like the "FALL2016TRADE" is working smoothly for me now! I requested the trade in on at&t's website on sept 24 and quoted me $0 for the iPhone 6. When it was received by at&t, it showed a trade-in summary of $170. Looks like the trade in value on the trade in status webpage is probably a glitch since everything on the account side seems to be sailing smoothly on my end.
My account shows one credit of $21.67 and I traded in one phone. Did you trade in one or two? Wondering why did you get 2 credits.
Could be the timing with regards to their billing cycle/when they turned in their devices.
I traded in 1 phone, but i've had 2 bills come in since the trade in so i guess that my explain the double credit. Another poster above says they got 3 credits so i guess it depends on your situation and how many bills have already came in.
Traded in two phones, no credit as of yet. Wish I knew how the hell to track this. Good thing I held on to the receipts.
How long ago did you trade in your phones? Most of us seeing the credits now traded in our phones in the first week after release.
I think the billing cycle date is another factor as well. I just looked at my account and three months credits have shown up in the past week. My cycle date is the 28th of the month and the credits are listed with dates of 11/22, 11/23, and 11/24.
