What did you expect from this? The agents never know anything.
My expectations were met. I had no expectations at all. I really just wanted to see what they would say. I have a contact that works in the AT&T office of the president escalation team. I sent him an email and will reply back with his response. I understand that things happen to cause delays, however people who ordered earlier should get shipped first. Thats how preorders work.
 
My order turned to prepping for shipping last night and the charge to my card had been pending since last Friday but now the amount I owed is not pending on my chase card anymore. My order didn't get canceled did it? It still shows prepping for shipping. I know with Chase if something is pending for too long it will wipe off after a certain amount of days. Once this ships hopefully today or tomorrow, do you think they will just charge my card again? Any information would be helpful. Thanks to all.

Had the same thing not happened last year I wouldnt have thought twice about it. I have never not had tracking info or shipment notice from FedEx/UPS the day before? The only time I didnt have tracking this late, it was Monday before it got delivered.

Apparently they went from Indianapolis to Plainfield to Memphis, back to Plainfield, and as of 9:10 am, they are back in Indianapolis. WTH?!

Doh! Got tracking for UPS this morning and I’ve been only checking the FedEx app. 🤦 First time for everything. I’ve only had deliveries from FedEx, preordering every year since the 6 from AT&T. Funny since I’m so close to Irving where most have reported their phones with FedEx. Stitting in Kentucky currently.

You do know the rep has no control over anything, right? You didn’t need to bite the guys head off and give him a hard time.

He absolutely can control giving the wrong information. He can’t physically ship but he is 100% accountable for proving false information to customers.
 
I had mine show up in FedEx then I noticed at the top it said cancelled. ??
