[Me] : The same thing happened last year. I was promised launch delivery because I ordered early and it never shipped on time. It is frustrating to see people who ordered hours and even days after me already have tracking info and I do not.

[Me] : No, thats not right. People who ordered after me already have tracking. I ordered as soon as it went live and show a shipping date of 9.23. Why say I will have a launch delivery if you cant guarantee that?
[Me] : My order has shown a delivery date of 9.24 the entire time. When you pre order it is supposed to arrive on the launch day and not ship on launch day.

[Santiago] : I comprehend that and I know sometimes this may seems crazy, nevertheless, in fact the order delivery date is scheduled to be tomorrow, so, I'm already checking the status of the shipment for you.
[Santiago] : The original shipment date is scheduled for today, so, it's highly possible it will ship today at evening to arrive tomorrow.
[Me] : Highly possible? How can that be an acceptable response? This is 2021, how do we not know when things will be shipped? Why have people ordered after me already got tracking and mine isnt shipped? "may seem crazy" is not an acceptable response.

[Me] : Just to be clear, backorders dont delay shipments by 1 DAY. Thats just phrase on the script. So a backordered device would be replenished 12 hours later ON LAUNCH DAY?!? You realize how ridiculous that is right?

[Juan] : Also I would like to let you know that by the 24th we would be sending the preordered devices, not delivering them as launch date would be by tomorrow
