Someone at AT&T must be playing a prank on me because the customer service can't possibly be this bad. Ordered 3 phones through Premiere (the business portal) on pre-order day. All 3 went through and said ship date of 9/23. 9/23 came and went and nothing shipped. Mind you order status STILL shows 9/23 today, which is 5 days later. Online chat completely useless and tells me it's not 9/23 but 9/23-9/27 (not what the website shows) but guess what nothing shipped on 9/27. A call into "customer service" and the person said "sir I see your phone is ready to be picked up in store"... Oh really, on an order that clearly is being shipped, if so what store? "Oh THE STORE" she says. How many freaking stores are in the US she wants me to go to all of them?
Today's call: the automatic system transfers me to first net, I'm business not first net. I think the WFH lady is drunk, she's slurring her words. She says I'll transfer you back to premiere and puts me on hold. Then she CALLS my cell (I called in from my desk phone) and asks if this is AT&T premiere? I'm like lady you put ME on hold then called ME did you really think premiere's number was a 917 NYC area code random phone number?
