Well….it’s been fun! My 13PM 1TB Graphite has been delivered as of 6:54pm CT. Thanks to everyone who provided helpful information to get by the struggles of “waiting.” I hope everyone else issues are resolved and/or receive their phones without any further issues!!!
 
Ordered 256 PM, Sierra blue on the 21st.
Shipped today 9/27, Should receive tomorrow.

Just received it.
From what I can tell, this configuration (256GB Sierra Blue in the Pros and Pro Maxes) is the one that's least stocked or most ordered. This one appears to be the one with the longest wait time and goes out of stock most frequently.

Received September 28th (Left it in my lobby. No need to sign, which I find very strange)

Hang in there everyone. The wait will be worth it. I’m blown away. Night and day compared to my 11PM.

Yeah, the difference will blow you away. Night mode on the 11 PM is pretty poor compared to the 13 PM along with the other photo capabilities. My Instagram is toddhphy, we should keep in touch and share photos here and elsewhere. You say your iPhone comes today? Apple does say that the new glass on the new iPhone is tougher than ever, but beware, it will still scratch. I always use a screen protector. I buy mine from Amazon. Either a two or three pack. I recommend one!
Couldn’t agree more. Coming from an 11PM I am too blown away. I couldn’t be happier. I can’t put the phone down. I was very concerned about the weight, but it’s a non factor. This phone is just amazing.

I just got a shipping notification too - figures I was asked which carrier I preferred, I said FedEx and of course, it is shipping UPS... anyway, at least it is on the way now! I will update when it arrives.

I’m really enjoying the phone. I wasn’t able to fully operate the phone until this morning due to some hiccups on AT&T’s end with the new SIM card shipped inside of the phone. AT&T never fails to disappoint. So basically I couldn’t fully operate my phone from 7pm yesterday until 8am this morning. I contacted AT&T by chat and rep guranteed the issue was resolved, however this was not the case. I called AT&T this morning and spoke with a rep. I mentioned the great inconvenience AT&T has continuously caused throughout this whole experience. The rep resolved the problem by updating my IMEI and ICCID numbers in their system and issued another generous bill credit, in the amount of $40.

I agree on the screen protector. FWIW, this was the easiest most perfect screen protector install ever on mine and my kids' many phones, thanks to the unique install tray design (watch the install video on the Spigen site).

Well my 256 silver pro max, ordered on the first day at 830 pm with promised release day delivery has finally been delivered today. The battery was completely dead. My first of 14 iPhone orders where that was the case..but I will take it. So long, it has been fun!
Same here! Finally got both our phones. See you guys next year!

Someone at AT&T must be playing a prank on me because the customer service can't possibly be this bad. Ordered 3 phones through Premiere (the business portal) on pre-order day. All 3 went through and said ship date of 9/23. 9/23 came and went and nothing shipped. Mind you order status STILL shows 9/23 today, which is 5 days later. Online chat completely useless and tells me it's not 9/23 but 9/23-9/27 (not what the website shows) but guess what nothing shipped on 9/27. A call into "customer service" and the person said "sir I see your phone is ready to be picked up in store"... Oh really, on an order that clearly is being shipped, if so what store? "Oh THE STORE" she says. How many freaking stores are in the US she wants me to go to all of them?

Today's call: the automatic system transfers me to first net, I'm business not first net. I think the WFH lady is drunk, she's slurring her words. She says I'll transfer you back to premiere and puts me on hold. Then she CALLS my cell (I called in from my desk phone) and asks if this is AT&T premiere? I'm like lady you put ME on hold then called ME did you really think premiere's number was a 917 NYC area code random phone number?

Now I'm trying to tweet @ them.
Just an update to this saga. After another hour + long call to “customer service“ which again didn’t know what to do, I did wind up tweeting with AT&T business support and the difference could not be greater. In a mater of hours they had all 3 orders corrected and within 24 hours shipped, including the supposedly hard to get 256 Sierra Blue.
 
Hello guys! My orders from the 21st still have not shipped yet. What should I do in my case? Call AT&T support or wait a few more days? The shipping date is from 9/28/21 to 10/05/21.

I feel like calling is a crapshoot, unless you get someone good. I chatted with someone to make sure there wasn't a problem with the order on the 27th who said my order would be shipped on the 28th or 29th and both days came and went with no shipping. However that was through chat.

For me personally, I gave myself a deadline if there's no progress by Friday then I'll cancel and try my chances at either Best Buy or the Apple store. Or I'll reorder but choose a different color/size since maybe it's an issue with the Sierra blue and it being 128. Who knows though.

East coast, Florida. Ordered 9/21 @ 10:45 and est ship dates were 9/28 - 10/5.
 
Update, I ended up canceling and thankfully the upgrade eligibility reversed quickly. I was able to order an 256 silver pro max through Best Buy with pickup for today. For next year I'll try to order through Apple like I had in the past. Good luck to everyone else!! Hopefully you have more patience than me.

Update, I ended up canceling and thankfully the upgrade eligibility reversed quickly. I was able to order an 256 silver pro max through Best Buy with pickup for today. For next year I'll try to order through Apple like I had in the past. Good luck to everyone else!! Hopefully you have more patience than me.
I’m glad they reset your upgrade quickly and you were able to find one in stock. I’m still waiting for my upgrade to be reset after having to cancel my order on Monday. I chose to change my service from a mobile share package to the unlimited package at the time I placed my order and somehow they messed up the line I upgraded and put that line on a 450 national plan with roll over with no data. This all happened on Monday and after a couple hours on the phone it was supposed to be fixed but was told that the original order had to be cancelled in order to do so. I was told the representative would call me back at 10am on Tuesday. She never did. I ended up going to an AT&T store that is an hour away and was there for another two hours. My line was finally added to the unlimited plan like the other three lines but my upgrade was not reset. They had to open a ticket and was told it could take up to a week. I finally put in an order through Apple using the IUP but the phone is not expected to ship until sometime between 10/28-11/4.

I'm trying contacting at&t support via Twitter. I'll let you guys know if it works. Btw I ordered way after u guys so I'll definitely let you guys know since y'all been waiting longer.

That's what I was worried about, I used to work for Att a while ago and remember seeing this happen too many times. And even happened once before to me, I realized after the first bill after upgrading I was on 2 plans. It sucks and I'm sorry you're dealing with it right now. It used to be that they literally just push a button on one system and it resets.
