For those of you with in progress/preparing to ship vs we got your order/we're getting ready to ship - is the former for business accounts? If they are personal accounts too, what way are you signing in to see it like that? Everywhere I check only has the latter.

No fedex tracking, still "we've got your order" and still able to cancel, 845PM EDT Silver Pro max 256gb, still slated for release day delivery. I know I ordered late. I took the day to talk myself into it.



Also this is my first release day order since the X and I really missed these threads, this is fun.

I’d like to know this because I upgraded on a line on my account that is not my actual number - at times when we’ve done this in the past, we just stick our own SIM in and it works on that number. Not sure how an eSim would affect that.

I would think it was like putting a plan on an Apple Watch. When it goes through setup it links your account and asks you what number to tie the activation to. I have never used an eSim on a phone but the AW uses an eSim so I would think it would work the same way.

I wouldn’t worry too much about tracking. When I ordered the 11 from AT&T on launch day 2 years ago I didn’t get a shipping notice until Thursday night. It arrived the next day as scheduled.

In my account overview i see “good news, we’ve got your preorder!”, but when i go to my order summary i see in progress and preparing to ship.

Just checked FedEx tracking at 4:00 pm and it just left Fort Worth TX and it’s on its way!

I preordered my 512 max 7:45am on preorder day. There’s no FedEx info and it’s still “preordered” showing shipping tomorrow.

I really don’t care if it comes Friday but I do wish they’d be honest.

I have seen some chatted about ATT and shipping with eSim instead of physical SIM. Does anyone know for sure if the 13 ships with Sim or eSim? TIA

I asked an AT&T rep, and she said they come with an eSim. I guess we will all find out for sure soon.

IM still showing In Progress with expected ship date of 9/23, delivery on 24th. I am also in TN. Not going to lie, I'm starting to get a little nervous. This is the 8th preorder I have made with AT&T. 6 have been on time, some with tracking numbers early in the week, some not until Thursday. The latest one however, I never received tracking until Friday and didn't receive the phone until Monday. I was livid.

Oddly, I'm not seeing a delivery date on mine, even though it has an expected shipping date of 9/23. Is is possible it has shipped and there is a blackout actual shipping progress until tomorrow? Maybe I should shake my baby rattle some more

I added my dad’s name as an alternate name for my address (his name is on our AT&T account) in FedEx Delivery Manager and it instantly showed up with a tracking number! My 13 Pro has had a tracking number since Monday and went from Irving to Fort Worth with delivery 9/24 by 8pm. And it still shows as preparing to ship in AT&T’s system.

That worked for me! Apparently AT&T decided to use my first and middle name for the shipment. Added this to FedEx manager and bam! Got my tracking info!

Yeah that's what I'm hoping and seems to have been the experience of several people for past releases so fingers crossed!!

Mine is a business account, but I just use the email from my order confirmation that has a check my order button. It takes me to the order status page and just shows we got your preorder. Shipping date says 9/23

I could tell the store staff knew what a blunder the online order process had been.

I ordered from ATT. But I’m looking now at their deal to replace my other phones in the family with trade ins. I’m a little wary of the promises made, 2 trade ins 2 new phones for “free”…meaning credit toward monthly bill. Has anyone done this? What do I need to watch out for.
