That is what I've always thought. So, AT&T gets no pre-stage in the USA for pre-orders? I suppose this makes sense since Apple has a global buyer base. Me, I'm supposed to see shipment on the 23rd. Of course if it is coming from overseas I've got a longer wait.

Yes, you will see prior movement once you get a tracking number. Usually I believe out of either Kentucky or Texas if I remember correctly. Additionally, I didn’t see movement last year until the day before literally last minute, but still got it on time.

I ordered late pm saturday, got a fedex tracking number late sunday for a 13PM, still waiting for tracking on my wife’s 13Pro.

I was expecting october shipping, kinda surprised to have tracking at this point based on when i ordered.

That’s good for you. Congrats. Although, this is what drives people nuts. Those of us who ordered early Friday morning before/when the pre order went live still are sitting with nothing.

As of today! 3 out my 4 orders shows “ in progress” the 4th of one Sierra Blue ordered on Friday 4:41am PST show prepared for ship. The other 2 slivers ordered Friday 4:55am PST “ in progress” and only gold ordered at Friday 4:36am PST also show “in progress”. I really want to get them all on the 24th.

I ordered @ 6:54 am cst Friday and have tracking. My tracking showed up Sunday on the FedEx app.

Yes! This is the slowest I’ve ever seen the AT&T thread. Been coming back here every year since the X. Lurked for years before registering. Usually 100 pages by now.

Edit: went and looked and it’s been a steady decline every year. Never this bad though.

My 13 Pro Max 256GB Sierra Blue was ordered late in the afternoon on the first pre order day, but with business premiere. Still had delivery for 9/24 and my order does have a ship date of 9/23. Haven’t had any movement.

You're fine. If it shipped by now it would have shipped before the expected date so you're not ahead nor behind.

I ordered Sat morning 256GB 13 PM Sierra Blue. No movement on ATT front, just order received expected to ship Sept 23. So I checked my Fed Ex delivery dashboard, there is tracking number generated today 9/21 with origin in TX scheduled for delivery by 8pm Sept 24. there is a note : Per shipper instructions, package will not be delivered until the scheduled delivery date.

Just a caveat though, I preordered 4 for the family.

The last one that I ordered was a graphite 128 Pro, yet AT&T split that to its own separate batch, and it’s the one that says will ship soon. The other 3 just say preordered on AT&T. I assume eventually it will say “We're just about ready to ship your order.” for the other 3 phones (All starlight, 128, 2 Pro Maxes and 1 Pro)

Good news, of my 4 ordered (finished Friday 8:40AM), my silver Pro moved to the same batch (We're just about ready to ship your order.) as the black Pro. Still only see 1 FedEx tracking number.

The 2 Pro Maxes are still at "we got your pre-order".

UPDATE 10:57PM: I got the 2nd tracking number via email from FedEx, 2 to go.

I shipped mine to my work, so I don’t have delivery manager to see the number early so im hoping the reference number field is something I can just type in.

Unlike previous years, the reference number is a random number unrelated to your AT&T account or phone number.

Side note: My iPhone 13 Pro Max 256GB SB showed up on FedEx Delivery Manager on Sunday, shipping to CA.

IM still showing In Progress with expected ship date of 9/23, delivery on 24th. I am also in TN. Not going to lie, I'm starting to get a little nervous. This is the 8th preorder I have made with AT&T. 6 have been on time, some with tracking numbers early in the week, some not until Thursday. The latest one however, I never received tracking until Friday and didn't receive the phone until Monday. I was livid.
