AT&T's Network Down for Some Users, iPhone Owners Unable to Make Calls [Updated]

Houston AT&T cell service had been down for me the past 3 days, shows 2-4 bars, but data didn't work. I just tried the Airplane mode for 10 seconds, and now I am back in business; glad this thread is still around!
