ATI Radeon 3870 is NOW available...

I just received my card from OWC on Thursday and I had a few questions.

For those of you who purchased this card from OWC, did it come with the static bag cut open that the actual card was in? Mine did, I was wondering why it was shipped like this.

Also, my fan acts sort of weird. It sometimes stutters sort of like when you are trying to start a car that does not want to start. It seems to happen sometimes right after I have turned the computer on. At the moment it is steadily running.

Is there an app that can show me the speed and temp of the fan? What should the normal speed/temp be?
